高反射涂料自然老化后的隔熱性能

【摘要】:為研究高反射涂料在夏熱冬冷地區(qū)一年自然老化后的隔熱性能,以重慶市某辦公建筑兩間建筑外形、圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)和朝向均相同的頂層房間為研究對(duì)象,在屋頂上涂敷普通灰色涂料、白色高反射涂料分別作為基準(zhǔn)屋頂、高反射屋頂,分別選取2014年7月和2015年7月的連續(xù)3個(gè)晴朗日進(jìn)行夏季隔熱性能實(shí)測(cè)。研究結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)過一年自然老化后的高反射屋頂反射率下降,隔熱性能有所降低,在相同空調(diào)工況下,內(nèi)外壁面降溫幅度分別減小3.2℃和4.2℃,空調(diào)耗電量降低0.03kWh/m2·d;非空調(diào)工況時(shí),室內(nèi)空氣溫度降溫幅度減小2.5℃。
[Abstract]:In order to study the thermal insulation performance of high reflective coatings after one year's natural aging in hot summer and cold winter area, two buildings with the same shape, enclosure and orientation were taken as the research object. The common grey coating was applied on the roof, and the white high reflection coating was used as the base roof and the high reflection roof respectively. The thermal insulation performance was measured on three consecutive sunny days in July 2014 and July 2015 respectively. The results show that after one year of natural aging, the reflectivity of high reflective roof decreases and the thermal insulation performance decreases. Under the same condition of air conditioning, the cooling range of inside and outside walls decreases by 3.2 鈩,
