【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,高層建筑越來越多,傳統(tǒng)的水箱—水泵系統(tǒng)面臨著易造成二次污染的風險,因此迫切需要針對高層住宅小區(qū)設計一套穩(wěn)定高效的二次供水系統(tǒng)。二次供水系統(tǒng)是小區(qū)供水系統(tǒng)中的重要環(huán)節(jié),其中二次供水泵房建設又是重中之重,泵房建設及維護達不到標準要求,就會出現(xiàn)水壓不穩(wěn),水質(zhì)渾濁,流速偏低等現(xiàn)象,而這些現(xiàn)象會嚴重影響整個小區(qū)居民的用水安全,威脅小區(qū)居民的身體健康。相城區(qū)自2001年建區(qū)以來,高層住宅面積從建區(qū)的幾乎為零,增加到現(xiàn)如今的100萬平米,二次供水月用水量從零增加到90萬噸/月。本文針對相城區(qū)舊小區(qū)和新建小區(qū)中的二次供水工程建設全過程進行分析,從開始基建至設備進場、管道安裝、軟件編程、設備調(diào)試、接入控制平臺等進行全方位的剖析。在此基礎上根據(jù)相關規(guī)范標準,制定了《蘇州市相城區(qū)二次供水工程實施細則》。有效的規(guī)范了本地區(qū)二次供水工程的建設,更好地滿足了相城區(qū)社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的可持續(xù)性。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, more and more high-rise buildings, the traditional water-pump system is faced with the risk of secondary pollution, so it is urgent to design a stable and efficient secondary water supply system for high-rise residential areas. The secondary water supply system is an important link in the district water supply system, among which the construction of the secondary water supply pump house is the most important one. If the construction and maintenance of the pump house fail to meet the standard requirements, the water pressure will be unstable, the water quality will be muddy, the flow rate will be low, etc. These phenomena will seriously affect the water security of the residents and threaten the health of the residents. Since the establishment of Xiangcheng District in 2001, the area of high-rise residential buildings has increased from almost zero to 1 million square meters, and the monthly water consumption of secondary water supply has increased from zero to 900000 tons per month. This paper analyzes the whole construction process of the secondary water supply project in the old district and the newly built district in Xiangcheng District. It analyzes the whole process from the beginning of the capital construction to the equipment entry, the pipeline installation, the software programming, the equipment debugging, the access control platform, and so on. On this basis, according to the relevant standards, the implementation rules of the second Water supply Project in Xiangcheng District of Suzhou City were formulated. It effectively standardizes the construction of the secondary water supply project in this area and better meets the sustainability of the social and economic development of Xiangcheng District.
