鋁合金板件不銹鋼螺栓連接的高溫承載性能分析

【摘要】:完成10個(gè)高溫下鋁合金板件不銹鋼螺栓雙剪連接試驗(yàn),考慮芯板尺寸、蓋板尺寸和螺栓規(guī)格的影響,試驗(yàn)溫度分別為20、200和300℃,研究抗剪連接的破壞模式、變形性能和極限承載力.試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:溫度會(huì)影響抗剪連接的破壞模式.采用ABAQUS建立數(shù)值分析模型,得到的數(shù)值分析結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合良好.進(jìn)一步研究溫度、芯板寬度、芯板厚度、螺栓直徑和螺栓端距等參數(shù)對(duì)連接承載力的影響,擬合得出鋁合金板件不銹鋼螺栓抗剪的高溫承載力計(jì)算公式,并將擬合公式與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證公式的有效性.
