【摘要】：城市燃?xì)馐乾F(xiàn)代化城市人民生活和工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的重要能源。發(fā)展城市燃?xì)饪梢怨?jié)約能源,減輕城市污染,提高人民生活水平,促進(jìn)工業(yè)生產(chǎn),提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,社會(huì)綜合效益顯著。發(fā)展及推廣天然氣符合"中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展第十二個(gè)五年規(guī)劃綱要"的指導(dǎo)思想,符合國(guó)家節(jié)能減排政策。本文以X市Y工業(yè)園區(qū)天然氣利用項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià),并希望通過(guò)對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的具體分析,能夠得出一般性的完善方案與建議,通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行投資、財(cái)務(wù)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和環(huán)境安全預(yù)測(cè)和分析,以便明確項(xiàng)目投資的可行性和合理性。另一方面,通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)的研究從而得出在市場(chǎng)分析、財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)和各種方案之間的比較數(shù)據(jù),有助于投資者和企業(yè)得到有益的結(jié)論和建議,從而幫助決策者做出正確的決策并提高投資收益,具有較強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文針對(duì)管道天然氣建設(shè)方面的有關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的理論和實(shí)證分析,用大量詳盡的調(diào)研材料對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益作出較為科學(xué)的實(shí)踐性評(píng)價(jià),并不斷的擴(kuò)寬其應(yīng)用范圍,希望能夠?qū)ζ渌愴?xiàng)目提供一定的參考和借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:City gas is an important energy source for modern city people's life and industrial production. The development of urban gas can save energy, reduce urban pollution, improve people's living standard, promote industrial production, improve product quality, and the social comprehensive benefit is remarkable. The development and promotion of natural gas conforms to the guiding ideology of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the people's Republic of China and conforms to the national policy on energy conservation and emission reduction. This article takes the natural gas utilization project of X City Y Industrial Park as the research object to carry on the economic evaluation, and hopes through the concrete analysis to this project, can obtain the general consummation plan and the suggestion, through carries on the investment to the project, the finance, Risk and environmental safety prediction and analysis to determine the feasibility and rationality of project investment. On the other hand, through the study of the economic evaluation of the project, the comparative data between market analysis, financial evaluation and various programmes can be obtained, which will help investors and enterprises to obtain useful conclusions and recommendations. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to help decision makers to make correct decisions and improve investment returns. This paper makes a detailed theoretical and empirical analysis on the problems related to the construction of pipeline natural gas, makes a scientific practical evaluation of economic benefits with a large number of detailed investigation materials, and expands its scope of application continuously. Hope to provide some reference and reference value for other similar projects.
