基于擴(kuò)孔理論的擠密砂樁復(fù)合地基樁土應(yīng)力比計(jì)算方法

【摘要】:基于圓孔擴(kuò)孔理論,考慮擠密砂樁擠密過(guò)程中砂樁本身的擠密體積變化,建立了砂樁樁身壓縮模量的計(jì)算方法。采用Mohr-Coulomb屈服準(zhǔn)則計(jì)算樁周土屈服區(qū)范圍,同時(shí)結(jié)合樁間土的e-p曲線壓縮理論,提出了基于擴(kuò)孔理論的樁周土平均壓縮模量計(jì)算公式,從而提出了考慮埋深影響的分層樁土應(yīng)力比計(jì)算方法。結(jié)合越南河內(nèi)-海防高速公路實(shí)際工程進(jìn)行了計(jì)算分析,隨著套管直徑增大(0.5~0.6 m),擠密砂樁和樁周土的壓縮模量都變小,但平均樁土應(yīng)力比增大,從2.56增大至2.72,這符合《復(fù)合地基技術(shù)規(guī)范》中對(duì)于無(wú)實(shí)測(cè)資料時(shí),樁間土強(qiáng)度低時(shí)樁土應(yīng)力比取大值,樁間土強(qiáng)度高時(shí)取小值的規(guī)定。樁土應(yīng)力比理論計(jì)算結(jié)果處于規(guī)范建議取值2~3之間。說(shuō)明理論方法合理可靠,從而提高了擠密砂樁設(shè)計(jì)的科學(xué)性。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of circular hole expansion and considering the change of compaction volume of sand pile during compaction, the calculation method of compression modulus of sand pile body is established. The Mohr-Coulomb yield criterion is used to calculate the yield zone of the soil around the pile, and combining with the e-p curve compression theory of the soil between piles, a formula for calculating the average compressive modulus of the soil around the pile based on the theory of hole expansion is proposed. A method for calculating the stress ratio of layered pile to soil considering the influence of buried depth is put forward. Combined with the actual project of Hanne-Haiphong Expressway in Vietnam, calculation and analysis are made. With the increase of casing diameter (0.5 ~ 0.6 m), the compression modulus of compacted sand pile and surrounding soil becomes smaller, but the average pile-soil stress ratio increases. The increase from 2.56 to 2.72 is in accordance with the stipulation that the stress ratio of pile to soil is large when the strength of soil between piles is low and the strength of soil between piles is small when there is no measured data in Technical Specification for Composite Foundation. The theoretical calculation results of pile-soil stress ratio are between 2 ~ 3 and 2 ~ 3 recommended in the code. The theoretical method is reasonable and reliable, and the design of compacted sand pile is more scientific.
