HVIP真空絕熱外墻外保溫體系構(gòu)造技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)居民生活水平的提高,人們對(duì)生活起居的建筑熱環(huán)境的要求也不斷提高,伴隨而來(lái)則是建筑能耗不斷攀升,能源危機(jī)甚至成為影響我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的重要因素。為了有效的降低建筑能耗,推廣綠色建筑理念,建筑外墻保溫的發(fā)展受到越來(lái)越多的重視。我國(guó)常見(jiàn)的外墻保溫材料有現(xiàn)場(chǎng)發(fā)泡保溫材料、保溫砂漿(保溫粉)和保溫板材,但隨著人們環(huán)保意識(shí)的增強(qiáng),各地建筑節(jié)能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的不斷提高,在75標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求下,聚苯板的上墻厚度120mm,巖棉板厚度更是需要達(dá)到140mm,大大增加了施工難度和施工工期,并且厚度的增加使得一直被人們?cè)嵅〉耐鈮Ρ孛撀涞膯?wèn)題更加堪憂。原先的保溫材料已經(jīng)不能很好地滿足我國(guó)特別是北方建筑節(jié)能的發(fā)展要求。在借鑒國(guó)外先進(jìn)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,經(jīng)過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)多家機(jī)構(gòu)的研發(fā)探索,原來(lái)用在冰箱,冷儲(chǔ)箱的超薄真空絕熱板被用在建筑外保溫領(lǐng)域,較之60-100mm的EPS板,10-15mm厚的超薄真空絕熱板保溫性能更好,導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)只有0.006w/m·K,保溫效果是常規(guī)聚苯板的5倍、XPS的4倍、聚氨酯的3倍,能大大增加房屋的保溫性能,防火等級(jí)達(dá)到A1級(jí),安全不燃,并且能夠增加房屋的使用面積。但由于其保溫原理的特殊性,在施工和使用過(guò)程中要保證板材不能被損傷破壞真空,對(duì)施工質(zhì)量有較高要求。真空絕熱板作為一種新興的外保溫建筑材料,目前市場(chǎng)上還沒(méi)有形成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的構(gòu)造做法,不規(guī)范的建造方式很可能破壞真空絕熱板材,造成墻體保溫性能達(dá)不到應(yīng)有的效果和材料的浪費(fèi)等問(wèn)題。本文以中亨新材的真空絕熱保溫產(chǎn)品為例,基于產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)、施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)和國(guó)家建筑相關(guān)規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)真空絕熱板的系列產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了深入研究,總結(jié)和分析了真空絕熱板的產(chǎn)品和對(duì)各個(gè)建筑節(jié)點(diǎn)的構(gòu)造要求,并選取建筑實(shí)例進(jìn)行實(shí)地分析研究。文章共分為五個(gè)章節(jié):第一章為緒論部分,闡述國(guó)內(nèi)外HVIP真空絕熱板的研究和應(yīng)用情況,對(duì)HVIP真空絕熱板等相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行介紹,說(shuō)明本論文課題的研究?jī)?nèi)容和方法;第二章主要介紹了HVIP真空絕熱板外墻外保溫系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)品系列,以各項(xiàng)參數(shù)為基礎(chǔ)剖析各個(gè)產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)劣及其適用性;第三章對(duì)不同HVIP真空絕熱板外墻外保溫體系的建筑節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造進(jìn)行了研究和設(shè)計(jì)。第四章通過(guò)對(duì)一應(yīng)用了真空絕熱外墻外保溫體系的建筑案例進(jìn)行介紹和分析,從建筑構(gòu)造節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì),以及其經(jīng)濟(jì)性、社會(huì)性等多個(gè)方面闡述真空絕熱外墻外保溫體系的優(yōu)劣,為真空絕熱板外墻外保溫構(gòu)造的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)范化提供有益的參考。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the living standard of our country, people's requirement for the living thermal environment of the building is also increasing, with the building energy consumption rising, and the energy crisis has even become an important factor that affects the sustainable and healthy development of our country's economy. In order to effectively reduce building energy consumption and promote the concept of green building, the development of exterior wall insulation has been paid more and more attention. The common external wall insulation materials in China are field foaming insulation materials, thermal insulation mortar (thermal insulation powder) and thermal insulation plates. However, with the strengthening of people's awareness of environmental protection and the continuous improvement of building energy conservation standards in various places, under the requirements of 75 standards, The thickness of the upper wall of the polystyrene plate is 120mm, and the thickness of the rock wool slab needs to reach 140 mm, which greatly increases the construction difficulty and the construction period, and the increase of the thickness makes the problem of insulation and shedding of the exterior wall which has been criticized by people more worrisome. The original insulation material has not been able to meet the development requirements of energy conservation in China, especially in northern buildings. On the basis of drawing lessons from foreign advanced technologies and through the research and development of many domestic institutions, the ultra-thin vacuum insulation panels used in refrigerators and cold storage boxes were used in the field of building external insulation. Compared with the 60-100mm EPS board, the thermal insulation performance of the ultra-thin vacuum insulation board with thickness of 10-15mm is better. The thermal conductivity is only 0.006w/m K, and the thermal insulation effect is 5 times of that of the conventional polystyrene board and 3 times that of the polyurethane. The thermal insulation performance of the house can be greatly increased, and the fire resistance grade can reach A1 grade. Safety does not burn, and can increase the use of housing area. However, due to the particularity of its insulation principle, it is necessary to ensure that the plate can not be damaged and destroyed in the process of construction and use, which requires higher construction quality. As a new kind of building material for external insulation, the vacuum insulation plate has not yet formed a standardized construction method on the market, and the non-standard construction method is likely to destroy the vacuum insulation plate. The wall insulation performance can not achieve due effect and waste of materials and other problems. Taking the vacuum insulation product of Zhongheng new material as an example, based on the characteristics of the product, construction experience and national building codes and standards, the series of products of vacuum insulation plate are studied in this paper. This paper summarizes and analyzes the products of vacuum insulation plate and the construction requirements of each building node, and selects a building example to carry on the field analysis and research. The article is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction part, describes the research and application of HVIP vacuum insulation plate at home and abroad, introduces the related concepts such as HVIP vacuum insulation plate, and explains the research content and method of this paper. The second chapter mainly introduces the product series of HVIP vacuum insulation board exterior wall thermal insulation system, and analyzes the merits and demerits of each product and its applicability based on each parameter. In the third chapter, the construction of the external insulation system of different HVIP vacuum insulation panels is studied and designed. The fourth chapter introduces and analyzes a building case of the application of the external insulation system of vacuum adiabatic exterior wall, and expounds the merits and demerits of the external insulation system of the vacuum insulation external wall from the aspects of the design of the construction node, its economy and sociality, etc. It provides a useful reference for the standardization and standardization of external insulation structure of vacuum insulation board.
