【摘要】：當(dāng)前老齡化社會(huì)趨勢(shì)逐漸凸顯,社會(huì)養(yǎng)老需求激增,本文以山東省煤炭泰山療養(yǎng)院養(yǎng)老中心建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為例,進(jìn)行該項(xiàng)目的環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)和影響分析。項(xiàng)目地處泰安市泰山區(qū)前街道辦事處,在被稱作是五岳獨(dú)尊的泰山的腳下,瀕臨河流,北部臨近的是環(huán)山路,南部緊鄰岱宗大街,西部是虎山路,地理位置相對(duì)較好,有著便利的交通資源。院子里的環(huán)境十分清幽雅致,枝繁葉茂,三季都有花開(kāi),一年四季都是綠色的,有著清新的空氣,負(fù)氧離子的含量相對(duì)較高,被稱贊是天然氧吧,是人們療養(yǎng)、康復(fù)、旅游和休閑的良好選擇。首先,綜述概括文章的探索背景和項(xiàng)目構(gòu)建的總體狀況,同時(shí)剖析國(guó)內(nèi)外在這一領(lǐng)域探索的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況和文章的探索內(nèi)容、方式;之后,根據(jù)環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)和社會(huì)環(huán)境以及自然環(huán)境這三點(diǎn)來(lái)指出文章探索的理論基礎(chǔ);第三,根據(jù)區(qū)域環(huán)境的大致?tīng)顩r和工程剖析以及環(huán)境空氣影響剖析、地表水環(huán)境作用剖析、地下水環(huán)境作用剖析、噪聲環(huán)境影響分析、固體廢棄物環(huán)境影響分析等方面入手進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目環(huán)境分析;最后,給出研究結(jié)論及污染防治措施、建議。本文取得的成果主要包括:(1)研究課題的背景及當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者在項(xiàng)目環(huán)境影響評(píng)價(jià)的研究成果,針對(duì)課題研究的相關(guān)理論概念進(jìn)行分析;(2)對(duì)山東煤炭泰山療養(yǎng)院養(yǎng)老中心建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行生態(tài)環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)分析。
[Abstract]:At present, the trend of aging society is gradually prominent, and the demand for providing for the aged increases sharply. This paper takes the construction project of Shandong coal Taishan sanatoriums as an example to carry out the environmental evaluation and impact analysis of the project. The project is located at the front street office of Taishan District, Tai'an City. At the foot of Mount Tai, which is called the exclusive honor of the five Mountains, it is near a river, near Huanshan Road in the north, next to Daizong Street in the south, and in the west is Hushan Road, with a relatively good geographical location. Have convenient transportation resources. The environment in the yard is very quiet and elegant, with luxuriant branches and leaves, flowers bloom for three seasons, green all year round, fresh air and relatively high content of negative oxygen ions. It is praised as a natural oxygen bar, where people are in recuperation and recovery. Good choices for travel and leisure. First of all, it summarizes the exploration background of the article and the overall situation of the project construction, at the same time, analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign exploration in this field and the exploration content and methods of the article. The theoretical basis of this paper is pointed out according to the environmental assessment, social environment and natural environment. Thirdly, according to the general situation and engineering analysis of the regional environment and the analysis of the environmental air impact, the surface water environmental effect is analyzed. This paper analyzes the environmental effects of groundwater, noise, solid waste and so on. Finally, the conclusion of the research and the measures of pollution prevention and control are given. The main achievements of this paper are as follows: (1) the background of the research project and the current research results of the domestic and foreign scholars in the environmental impact assessment of the project. The related theoretical concepts of the research are analyzed. (2) the ecological environment evaluation of Shandong coal Taishan sanatorium pension center construction project is analyzed.
