高強(qiáng)鋼筋活性粉末混凝土梁抗彎性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為研究高強(qiáng)鋼筋活性粉末混凝土(RPC)梁在彎矩作用下的受力特性和其抗彎性能的影響因素,設(shè)計(jì)制作20根高強(qiáng)鋼筋RPC矩形梁進(jìn)行抗彎承載力試驗(yàn),分析梁的破壞形態(tài)、荷載~撓度曲線、裂縫的發(fā)展和分布,研究配筋率和鋼筋強(qiáng)度對(duì)抗彎性能的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:RPC適筋梁的正截面破壞過(guò)程與普通混凝土梁相似,表現(xiàn)出良好的延性,少筋梁和無(wú)筋梁具有一定的延性;相同鋼筋強(qiáng)度RPC梁的開(kāi)裂彎矩和極限承載力隨配筋率增加而增大;相同配筋率時(shí),RPC梁的極限承載力隨鋼筋強(qiáng)度增加而增大,但鋼筋強(qiáng)度對(duì)開(kāi)裂彎矩影響不大;試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中,梁的截面應(yīng)變符合平截面假定;根據(jù)簡(jiǎn)化理論計(jì)算的RPC梁極限彎矩值和試驗(yàn)值吻合良好。
[Abstract]:In order to study the mechanical characteristics of high strength reinforced reactive powder concrete (RPC) beams under the action of bending moment and the influencing factors of their flexural properties, 20 high strength reinforced RPC rectangular beams were designed and fabricated to carry out flexural bearing capacity tests, and the failure modes of the beams were analyzed. The load-deflection curve, the development and distribution of cracks, and the influence of reinforcement ratio and reinforcement strength on the flexural properties are studied. The results show that the normal section failure process of the beam with appropriate reinforcement is similar to that of the normal concrete beam, and it shows good ductility, and the beam with less reinforcement and without reinforcement has a certain ductility. The cracking moment and ultimate bearing capacity of RPC beams with the same reinforcement strength increase with the increase of reinforcement ratio, and the ultimate bearing capacity of RPC beams with the same reinforcement ratio increases with the increase of reinforcement strength, but the strength of steel bars has little effect on the cracking moment. The cross section strain of the beam accords with the assumption of plane section, and the ultimate moment value of RPC beam calculated according to the simplified theory is in good agreement with the experimental value.
