水泥-大理石粉漿體流變性能與顆粒級配的關聯(lián)度

【摘要】:采用Rheolab QC型旋轉黏度計測定了水泥-大理石粉漿體不同剪切速率下的剪切應力和塑性黏度;采用Herschel-Bulkley模型對該漿體進行擬合得到其屈服應力、稠度系數(shù)和流性指數(shù),并用觸變環(huán)面積表征其觸變性;采用灰色關聯(lián)理論分析大理石粉顆粒級配對水泥漿體屈服應力、稠度系數(shù)、流性指數(shù)和觸變性的影響.結果表明:隨著大理石粉摻量的增大,水泥-大理石粉漿體的流動性逐漸提高,剪切變稀程度和觸變性均逐漸降低;0~10μm的大理石粉質量分數(shù)與水泥-大理石粉漿體屈服應力、表觀黏度和觸變性呈正關聯(lián),大于10μm的大理石粉質量分數(shù)與之呈負關聯(lián),其中5~10μm的大理石粉為關鍵因子;0~10μm的大理石粉質量分數(shù)與水泥-大理石粉漿體的流性指數(shù)呈負關聯(lián),大于10μm的大理石粉質量分數(shù)與之呈正關聯(lián),其中20~50μm的大理石粉為關鍵因子.
[Abstract]:The shear stress and plastic viscosity of cement-marble paste at different shear rates were measured by Rheolab QC rotary viscometer, and the yield stress, consistency coefficient and fluidity index were obtained by fitting the slurry with Herschel-Bulkley model. The thixotropy was characterized by thixotropic ring area, and the effects of marble particle gradation on yield stress, consistency coefficient, fluidity index and thixotropy of cement paste were analyzed by grey correlation theory. The results show that the fluidity of cement-marble paste increases with the increase of the amount of marble powder, and the shear thinning degree and thixotropy decrease gradually the mass fraction of marble powder of 10 渭 m and the yield stress of cement marble paste. The apparent viscosity was positively correlated with thixotropy, and the mass fraction of marble powder larger than 10 渭 m was negatively correlated with the mass fraction of marble powder, in which 510 渭 m marble powder was the key factor and 10 渭 m marble powder mass fraction was negatively correlated with the fluidity index of cement marble paste. The mass fraction of marble powder over 10 渭 m is positively correlated with it, in which 20 渭 m marble powder is the key factor.
