【摘要】：本文主要針對于建筑工程預(yù)算的審核與竣工結(jié)算為切入點進行分析,結(jié)合當下工程預(yù)算審核與竣工結(jié)算的定義和內(nèi)容以及建筑工程預(yù)結(jié)算審核常見問題為依據(jù),從建筑工程預(yù)算審核與竣工結(jié)算工作要點、提高審核人員的專業(yè)技能和職業(yè)道德、用計算機系統(tǒng)輔助、加強工程量、現(xiàn)場核查、合同和資金管理以及做好結(jié)算編制管理工作等方面進行深入探索與研究,主要目的在于更好的解決建筑工程中存在的問題,進而保障建筑質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Based on the definition and content of the current project budget audit and completion settlement and the common problems of the construction project pre-settlement audit, this paper mainly focuses on the analysis of the audit and completion settlement of the construction project budget as a starting point, and on the basis of the definition and content of the current project budget audit and completion settlement. In order to improve the professional skills and professional ethics of the examiners, to strengthen the project quantity and on-site verification by computer system, the key points of the construction project budget audit and the completion and settlement of the project should be improved. The main purpose of this paper is to solve the problems existing in the construction engineering and to ensure the construction quality.
