秦嶺河谷型鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)河道景觀生態(tài)化營造策略研究

【摘要】:隨著中央新型城鎮(zhèn)化規(guī)劃的提出和倡導建設美麗鄉(xiāng)村的號召,我國鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展建設近些年如火如荼的進行,在鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)新區(qū)規(guī)劃、新農(nóng)村社區(qū)建設、建筑質(zhì)量提升、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)環(huán)境品質(zhì)營造等方面各有較好的成績,然而在城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展中也有一些未考慮到的方面和已暴露的問題,影響制約著鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)環(huán)境承載力和自身發(fā)展。本課題針對鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)環(huán)境中河道景觀問題提出建設策略,尋找鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)河道景觀從一般營造提升到生態(tài)化層面上新的突破口。本課題選取秦嶺河谷型鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn),對秦嶺東段的河南省西部鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)、中段的陜西省陜南地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)和西段的甘肅省隴南天水地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)進行全方位的調(diào)查研究。主要針對鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)河道形態(tài)、河道演變規(guī)律、河道廊道連通性與破碎度、河道環(huán)境維護與管理等方面進行調(diào)研,發(fā)現(xiàn)秦嶺河谷型鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)河道建設缺乏景觀規(guī)劃,并且在河道治理層面缺乏技術支撐,河道只開發(fā)不維護導致環(huán)境惡劣影響生態(tài),缺少生態(tài)景觀分析、景觀格局分析、河道區(qū)域生態(tài)化評價等多角度的理論指導。論文突出研究秦嶺河谷型鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)河道景觀的生態(tài)化營造,通過運用景觀生態(tài)學、人居環(huán)境科學、河道生態(tài)系統(tǒng)、流域生態(tài)學和流域保護等相關理論作為研究基礎,結(jié)合前期鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)調(diào)查資料,對鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)河道景觀的河道內(nèi)涵、特征、功能進行了深入分析,剖析河道生態(tài)化要素及其影響因素之間的關系,重點討論了適用于秦嶺河谷型鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)河道水域空間、河流廊道、景觀節(jié)點的河道規(guī)劃理念及河道生態(tài)修復的關鍵技術。論文通過對鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)河道景觀系統(tǒng)的闡釋與研究,提出了適宜秦嶺河谷型鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)不同地貌條件下鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)河道景觀的布局規(guī)劃、形態(tài)構成、廊道空間、景觀節(jié)點及生態(tài)化技術提出可行性做法,為秦嶺河谷型鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)河道景觀的營造建設提供有價值的參考依據(jù)和理論指導。
[Abstract]:With the proposal of the central new urbanization plan and the call to build beautiful villages, the development and construction of villages and towns in China has been in full swing in recent years. In the planning of new township areas, the construction of new rural communities, and the improvement of building quality, There are good achievements in environmental quality construction of villages and towns, however, there are some unconsidered aspects and problems that have been exposed in the development of urbanization, which restrict the environmental carrying capacity and self-development of villages and towns. In this paper, the construction strategy of river landscape in township environment is put forward to find a new breakthrough point from general construction to ecological level. This topic selects the Qinling valley type villages and towns, carries on the omni-directional investigation to the Qinling east section Henan province western township, the middle section Shaanxi Province Shaanxi Province south Shaanxi area township and the western section Gansu province Longnan Tianshui area township carries on the omni-directional investigation and research. Based on the investigation of township river channel shape, river channel evolution law, channel corridor connectivity and fragmentation, river environmental maintenance and management, it is found that the Qinling valley type township river channel construction lacks landscape planning. And the lack of technical support in the level of river management, river development and non-maintenance of environmental impact on the environment, the lack of ecological landscape analysis, landscape pattern analysis, river regional ecological evaluation and other multi-angle theoretical guidance. This paper focuses on the ecological construction of the river landscape in Qinling valley, which is based on the theories of landscape ecology, human settlements science, river ecosystem, watershed ecology and watershed protection. Based on the investigation data of villages and towns in the early stage, the connotation, characteristics and functions of the river channel landscape in villages and towns are analyzed in depth, and the relationship between the ecological elements of the river channel and its influencing factors is analyzed. This paper mainly discusses the idea of river planning and the key technology of river ecological restoration which is suitable for the river space, corridor and landscape node of township river in Qinling Mountains. Based on the analysis and study of the landscape system of township river channels, this paper puts forward the layout planning, form composition, corridor space of township river landscape suitable for different geomorphological conditions of towns in the Qinling Mountains. The feasibility of landscape node and ecological technology provides valuable reference and theoretical guidance for the construction and construction of river landscape in Qinling valley type villages and towns.
