【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,城市的建筑用地在逐漸的減少,面對(duì)僧多粥少的情況,城市開始建筑大量的高層建筑,以滿足城市人口對(duì)住房條件和生活條件的需求。那么在發(fā)展高層建筑的同時(shí),高層建筑工程深基坑支護(hù)技術(shù)也得到了相應(yīng)的發(fā)展。但是在具體的施工當(dāng)中,卻并不是那么簡(jiǎn)單。由于在高層建筑工程深基坑支護(hù)施工中具有支護(hù)的種類繁多、施工的難度不同、基坑的深度不同等特點(diǎn),而且在高層建筑的施工中,也會(huì)受到各種因素的影響,例如物質(zhì)因素、施工隊(duì)伍的技術(shù)條件、成本預(yù)算等。所以在高層建筑工程深基坑支護(hù)施工中,必須要依據(jù)高層建筑工程深基坑支護(hù)施工技術(shù)的特點(diǎn),將施工中的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行合理、科學(xué)、有序的安排。這樣才能在有效的時(shí)間內(nèi),在一定的成本范圍內(nèi),達(dá)到基礎(chǔ)工程質(zhì)量高、高層建筑施工中安全隱患少、成本控制得當(dāng)、按時(shí)完成任務(wù)等目的。當(dāng)然這也是大多是建筑行業(yè)所關(guān)注的和迫切需要實(shí)現(xiàn)的目標(biāo)。因此,本文就試圖從高層建筑工程深基坑支護(hù)技術(shù)入手,為以后相關(guān)的研究提供一點(diǎn)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the urban construction land is decreasing gradually. In the face of the situation that there are too many people in the city, the city begins to build a large number of high-rise buildings in order to meet the needs of the urban population for housing conditions and living conditions. In the development of high-rise buildings, high-rise building engineering deep foundation pit support technology has also been the corresponding development. But in the concrete construction, it is not so simple. Because there are many kinds of support in the deep foundation pit support construction of high-rise building engineering, the difficulty of construction is different, the depth of foundation pit is not equal, and in the construction of high-rise building, it will also be affected by various factors, such as material factors. Technical conditions of construction team, cost budget, etc. Therefore, in the construction of deep foundation pit support of high-rise building engineering, it is necessary to make reasonable, scientific and orderly arrangement of each link in the construction according to the characteristics of the construction technology of deep foundation pit support in high-rise building engineering. In this way, in the effective time and within a certain cost range, we can achieve the goals of high quality of foundation engineering, less hidden dangers of safety in the construction of high-rise buildings, proper cost control and timely completion of tasks. Of course, this is the construction industry is mostly concerned about and urgent need to achieve the goal. Therefore, this paper tries to start with the deep foundation pit support technology of high-rise building engineering, and provide some basis for the related research.
