【摘要】：伴隨著中國(guó)的發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力越來(lái)越強(qiáng),市場(chǎng)體制機(jī)制逐漸形成,建筑業(yè)得到了前所未有的發(fā)展。質(zhì)量管理是建筑工程建設(shè)最重要的部分,是決定市場(chǎng)影響力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的關(guān)鍵。全面質(zhì)量管理是指一個(gè)組織以產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量為核心,發(fā)揮全體成員的力量,建立一套科學(xué)嚴(yán)密高效的體系,來(lái)滿足客戶的需求,實(shí)現(xiàn)組織全體員工及社會(huì)獲益,而長(zhǎng)時(shí)間實(shí)踐的方法。不是一種簡(jiǎn)單的方法,而是集思想、觀念、手段以及方法等于一體,主要強(qiáng)調(diào)的是“三全”,即全體成員、全過(guò)程、全企業(yè)。本文基于國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、文獻(xiàn)資料、ABC國(guó)際廣場(chǎng)工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)和工程實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)等方面開展研究,在概述全面質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)理論和深入剖析ABC國(guó)際廣場(chǎng)工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目全面質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,從“三全”三個(gè)維度提出優(yōu)化改進(jìn)措施,達(dá)到企業(yè)工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)質(zhì)量和全面質(zhì)量管理水平實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)步提升的目的。論文涵蓋了以下幾方面研究?jī)?nèi)容:首先,簡(jiǎn)要闡述論文的研究背景和意義;闡述相關(guān)理論即概念、特點(diǎn)、基本原則、方法以及國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)的運(yùn)用。其次,結(jié)合ABC國(guó)際廣場(chǎng)工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目實(shí)際,對(duì)于項(xiàng)目的概況、主要技術(shù)規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、建設(shè)目標(biāo)、施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃、施工特點(diǎn)及應(yīng)對(duì)措施、項(xiàng)目人員編制等方面進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要介紹。結(jié)合項(xiàng)目全面質(zhì)量管理人(操作者)、料(原材料)、機(jī)(機(jī)械設(shè)備)、法(工藝、方法)、環(huán)(工作環(huán)境)五方面因素進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,得出相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)告。另外,從計(jì)劃編制、實(shí)施、生產(chǎn)要素配置、控制措施制定與落實(shí)四方面剖析工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目全面質(zhì)量管理存在問(wèn)題。再次,一是按照“以人為本”的要求,針對(duì)建立全員參與的管理機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)全面質(zhì)量管理教育和培訓(xùn),建立全面質(zhì)量管理獎(jiǎng)懲機(jī)制,提出“全員化”管理的改進(jìn)策略。二是針對(duì)施工前期、施工階段、竣工階段,提出質(zhì)量管理“全過(guò)程”改進(jìn)策略。三是通過(guò)制定合理的計(jì)劃實(shí)施程序、建立安全文明生產(chǎn)制度等手段來(lái)優(yōu)化“全企業(yè)”改進(jìn)措施。最后,對(duì)論文研究?jī)?nèi)容存在不足作分析,并提出結(jié)論與展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of China, the economic strength is getting stronger and stronger, the market system mechanism is gradually formed, and the construction industry has got unprecedented development. Quality management is the most important part of construction and the key to determine market influence and competitive advantage. Total quality management (TQM) refers to an organization that takes product quality as the core, exerts the strength of all members, establishes a set of scientific, strict and efficient system to meet the needs of customers, and realizes the benefits of all employees and society. And long practice of the method. It is not a simple method, but a set of ideas, means and methods equal to one, the main emphasis is the "three complete", that is, all the members, the whole process, the whole enterprise. Based on the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper studies the characteristics of ABC International Plaza construction project and engineering practice experience, etc. On the basis of summarizing the relevant theories of TQM and deeply analyzing the present situation and problems of TQM of ABC International Plaza Project, the paper puts forward the optimization and improvement measures from the three dimensions of "three complete". Achieve the enterprise project construction quality and total quality management level to achieve steady improvement. This paper covers the following aspects of research: first, briefly describes the research background and significance of the paper; describes the relevant theories, namely, concepts, characteristics, basic principles, methods and international and domestic applications. Secondly, combined with the actual construction project of ABC International Plaza, the general situation of the project, main technical specifications and standards, construction objectives, construction schedule, construction characteristics and countermeasures, project staffing and other aspects are briefly introduced. Combined with the project total quality manager (operator), material (raw materials), machine (mechanical equipment), method (process, method), ring (working environment) to carry on the questionnaire survey, get the related data report. In addition, the problems existing in the total quality management of engineering construction projects are analyzed from four aspects: plan preparation, implementation, production factor allocation, control measures formulation and implementation. Thirdly, according to the requirement of "people-oriented", aiming at establishing the management mechanism of all-staff participation, strengthening the education and training of total quality management, establishing the mechanism of reward and punishment of total quality management, and putting forward the improvement strategy of "all-staff" management. The second is to put forward the "whole process" improvement strategy of quality management aiming at the early stage of construction, the stage of construction and the stage of completion. The third is to optimize the "whole enterprise" improvement measures by making reasonable plan implementation procedures and establishing safety and civilized production system. Finally, the paper analyzes the deficiencies of the research content, and puts forward the conclusions and prospects.
