UHMWPE纖維混凝土動態(tài)壓縮力學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:試驗研究了一種捻制超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纖維增強的新型纖維混凝土動態(tài)壓縮力學(xué)性能。研制了4種纖維體積摻量(0.3%、0.5%、0.7%、1.0%)的C70等級纖維混凝土,采用Φ100 mm分離式霍普金森壓桿進(jìn)行沖擊壓縮試驗,研究了纖維混凝土在140~255 s~(-1)應(yīng)變率下的動態(tài)壓縮力學(xué)性能。試驗結(jié)果表明:UHMWPE纖維混凝土抗壓強度、峰值應(yīng)變和彈性模量具有明顯的應(yīng)變率敏感性;纖維混凝土抗壓強度應(yīng)變率敏感性弱于素混凝土,但其彈性模量應(yīng)變率敏感性強于素混凝土;動態(tài)強度增長因子與應(yīng)變率對數(shù)呈線性關(guān)系,具體關(guān)系與纖維摻量相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:The dynamic compressive mechanical properties of a new fiber reinforced UHMWPE fiber reinforced concrete were studied. Four kinds of C70 grade fiber concrete with 0. 3% fiber volume (0. 3%) and 0. 7% (0. 7%) were developed. The impact compression tests were carried out with 桅 100 mm split Hopkinson compression bar. The dynamic compressive mechanical properties of fiber reinforced concrete at 140255 s ~ (-1) strain rate were studied. The experimental results show that the compressive strength, peak strain and elastic modulus of the fiber reinforced concrete (UHMWPE) are obviously sensitive to strain rate, and the strain rate sensitivity of fiber reinforced concrete is weaker than that of plain concrete. The strain rate sensitivity of elastic modulus is stronger than that of plain concrete, and the dynamic strength growth factor is linearly related to the logarithm of strain rate, and the specific relationship is related to fiber content.
