隨動(dòng)直線式制動(dòng)器的特性分析及優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)曳引式電梯的工作機(jī)理及制動(dòng)器安裝位置的不同,結(jié)合液壓制動(dòng)器和車用電磁盤(pán)式制動(dòng)器的特點(diǎn),文章提出了一種適用于直驅(qū)電梯的隨動(dòng)直線式制動(dòng)器結(jié)構(gòu),以新型雙E型電磁驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)為制動(dòng)器驅(qū)動(dòng)源并通過(guò)增力機(jī)構(gòu)將力放大;建立了驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的有限元模型,采用磁路法分析制動(dòng)器驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的磁密和電磁吸力等特性,并利用有限元的方法對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明,優(yōu)化后驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的電磁吸力得到顯著提高,對(duì)直驅(qū)電梯電磁制動(dòng)器的研究具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In view of the working mechanism of traditional traction elevator and the different installation position of brake, combined with the characteristics of hydraulic brake and electromagnetic disc brake, this paper puts forward a kind of servo linear brake structure suitable for direct-drive elevator. The new double E electromagnetic drive mechanism is used as the brake driver source and the force is amplified by the force increasing mechanism, the finite element model of the drive mechanism is established, and the magnetic density and electromagnetic suction characteristics of the brake drive mechanism are analyzed by the magnetic circuit method. The structural parameters of the drive mechanism are optimized by finite element method. The results show that the electromagnetic suction of the drive mechanism is greatly improved after the optimization, which has a certain reference value for the study of direct-drive elevator electromagnetic brake.
