【摘要】：經(jīng)過改革開放近四十年的經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長,中國已經(jīng)超越日本,成為世界第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體。經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展也帶動(dòng)了我國旅游業(yè)的進(jìn)步,尤其是最近幾年,旅游業(yè)顯然已經(jīng)成為我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)新的增長點(diǎn),旅游形式也從單一的觀光型旅游發(fā)展為復(fù)合型產(chǎn)業(yè)。隨著人們生活水平的提高和法定假日的延長,人們?cè)絹碓阶⒅貙?duì)精神層面的追求,度假型旅游形式越來越受到人們的認(rèn)可。在這種背景下,度假酒店的設(shè)計(jì)越來越受到重視。在我國各地的度假酒店中,長白山地區(qū)的度假酒店尤其具有代表性。因其處于我國嚴(yán)寒地區(qū),又有豐富的山脈、森林等自然資源和濃厚的民族特色而備受關(guān)注。人們對(duì)度假型旅游方式的青睞也使得長白山地區(qū)的度假酒店發(fā)展有了更廣闊的空間。如何充分體現(xiàn)長白山地區(qū)的地域特色和民族特色,避免其度假酒店的建筑設(shè)計(jì)與其他地區(qū)出現(xiàn)雷同化現(xiàn)象就顯得尤為重要。本文對(duì)長白山地區(qū)的度假酒店設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行理論研究,并對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)剌^成功的度假酒店項(xiàng)目實(shí)例進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)一步探討此種類型酒店的設(shè)計(jì)方法。長白山地區(qū)優(yōu)美的自然環(huán)境,特殊的地理氣候,迷人的文化魅力,使之成為了休閑度假勝地,其度假酒店的建設(shè)也對(duì)推動(dòng)當(dāng)?shù)芈糜螛I(yè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展起著不容忽視的重要作用。本文采用理論研究與實(shí)地考察相結(jié)合的辦法,首先對(duì)休閑度假的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)述,進(jìn)而對(duì)長白山地區(qū)度假酒店的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及其存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,著重提取出長白山地區(qū)山地特征及寒地特征這兩個(gè)因素對(duì)酒店設(shè)計(jì)的影響進(jìn)行歸納與總結(jié);最后通過對(duì)撫松紫竹度假酒店實(shí)例項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)價(jià),探索一條反映長白山地域特色的度假酒店設(shè)計(jì)之路,為在今后的度假酒店設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐中起到參考作用。
[Abstract]:After nearly four decades of rapid economic growth, China has overtaken Japan as the world's second largest economy. The rapid development of economy has also led to the progress of tourism in China, especially in recent years, tourism has obviously become a new growth point of our national economy, tourism form has also developed from a single sightseeing tourism to a complex industry. With the improvement of people's living standard and the prolongation of statutory holidays, people pay more and more attention to the pursuit of spiritual level, and the form of holiday tourism is more and more recognized by people. In this context, more and more attention is paid to the design of holiday hotels. In our country, the resort hotel in Changbai Mountain area is especially representative. Because it is in our country cold area, also has the rich mountain range, the forest and so on natural resources and the strong national characteristic and receives the attention. People's preference for holiday tourism also makes the development of resort hotels in Changbai Mountain have a broader space. How to fully reflect the regional and national characteristics of Changbai Mountain area and avoid the architectural design of the resort hotel and other areas appear similar phenomenon is particularly important. This paper makes a theoretical study on the design of resort hotels in Changbai Mountain area, and analyzes the successful resort hotel projects in Changbai Mountain area, and further discusses the design methods of this type of hotels. The beautiful natural environment, special geographical climate and charming cultural charm of Changbai Mountain region make it a leisure resort. The construction of its resort hotel also plays an important role in promoting the development of local tourism and economy. This article adopts the method of combining the theory research with the field investigation, first of all, carries on the brief introduction to the leisure vacation development trend, then carries on the analysis to the Changbai mountain area vacation hotel development situation and the existence question. The influence of mountain features and cold features on hotel design is summarized and summarized. Finally, through the analysis and evaluation of the actual project of Fusong Zizhu Resort Hotel, To explore a way to reflect the regional characteristics of Changbai Mountain resort hotel design, for the future resort hotel design practice play a reference role.
