移動荷載作用下板結(jié)構(gòu)損傷檢測試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)損傷,通過對結(jié)構(gòu)所處的狀態(tài)進(jìn)行診斷和評估得出損傷檢測報告,以準(zhǔn)確認(rèn)識結(jié)構(gòu)的損傷成因和損傷程度。設(shè)計人員依據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)損傷檢測報告,對結(jié)構(gòu)安全與否進(jìn)行評價并分析其動力特性,進(jìn)而提出建筑結(jié)構(gòu)維護(hù)加固的最佳方案,以最大限度避免結(jié)構(gòu)安全事故的發(fā)生。板結(jié)構(gòu)是工程中常見的一種結(jié)構(gòu)形式,與梁柱結(jié)構(gòu)一樣是主體結(jié)構(gòu)密不可分的一部分,廣泛應(yīng)用于建筑、市政、橋梁等工程領(lǐng)域。與梁柱結(jié)構(gòu)相比,在軟件建模時,板結(jié)構(gòu)建模是從一維到二維的跨越,建模難度更大,受力分析也更復(fù)雜。本文基于移動荷載作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)響應(yīng)進(jìn)行損傷識別,通過施加移動荷載給損傷板提供外部激勵,使損傷板振動,采集任意點(diǎn)瞬態(tài)位移和加速度瞬態(tài)響應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)繪制時程曲線,對時程曲線數(shù)據(jù)分析和處理,以檢測板結(jié)構(gòu)損傷位置。本文主要從以下幾個方面展開研究:首先,通過建立板結(jié)構(gòu)振動微分方程以及對移動荷載作用下?lián)p傷板進(jìn)行振動分析來研究損傷板的力學(xué)性能;谠摾碚,在ANSYS軟件中對移動荷載作用下?lián)p傷板結(jié)構(gòu)建模,選擇合適的損傷模擬與荷載移動實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,并按照荷載大小變化、移動荷載速度變化、荷載行進(jìn)線與損傷水平距離變化對響應(yīng)曲線進(jìn)行對比分析。其次,根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)室現(xiàn)有條件設(shè)計模型試驗(yàn),并通過試驗(yàn)對軟件模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。試驗(yàn)中設(shè)置方槽形損傷和裂縫形損傷兩種損傷類型,按照荷載大小變化、移動荷載速度變化、移動荷載運(yùn)行軌道變化等不同工況進(jìn)行對比分析。最后,應(yīng)用小波分析對試驗(yàn)和模擬所得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)一步處理分析。選取墨西哥帽函數(shù)對模擬數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行連續(xù)小波變換,通過小波分析對試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行降噪處理。以上有關(guān)移動荷載作用下板結(jié)構(gòu)損傷檢測的研究,對后續(xù)其他類型結(jié)構(gòu)研究具有一定參考價值。
[Abstract]:The damage occurred in the structure. The damage detection report was obtained through the diagnosis and evaluation of the state of the structure in order to accurately understand the cause of the damage and the damage degree of the structure. According to the structural damage detection report, the designer evaluates the safety of the structure and analyzes its dynamic characteristics, and then puts forward the best plan for the maintenance and reinforcement of the building structure, so as to avoid the occurrence of the structural safety accident to the maximum extent. Slab structure is a common structural form in engineering. It is an inseparable part of the main structure like the Liang Zhu structure and is widely used in the engineering fields such as architecture, municipal administration, bridge and so on. Compared with Liang Zhu structure, in software modeling, the modeling of plate structure is from one dimension to two dimensions, the modeling is more difficult and the force analysis is more complex. In this paper, damage identification is carried out on the basis of the structural response under moving load. By applying moving load to provide external excitation to the damaged plate, the damaged plate is vibrated, and transient displacement and acceleration transient response data at any point are collected to draw the time-history curve. The time history curve data are analyzed and processed to detect the damage location of the plate structure. In this paper, the following aspects are studied: firstly, the mechanical properties of the damaged plate are studied by establishing the vibration differential equation of the plate structure and analyzing the vibration of the damaged plate under moving load. Based on this theory, the damage plate structure under moving load is modeled in ANSYS software, and the appropriate method of damage simulation and load movement is selected, and the speed of moving load changes according to the change of load size. The response curve is compared with the horizontal distance between the load line and the damage. Secondly, the model test is designed according to the existing conditions in the laboratory, and the software simulation results are verified by the test. There are two kinds of damage types: square groove damage and crack damage. According to the change of load, the speed of moving load and the change of moving load track are compared and analyzed. Finally, wavelet analysis is used to further analyze the experimental and simulated data. The Mexican hat function is selected to carry on the continuous wavelet transform to the simulated data, and the noise reduction of the experimental data is carried out by the wavelet analysis. The above research on the damage detection of plate structure under moving load has a certain reference value for other types of structure research.
