【摘要】：伴隨著二十一世紀(jì)“銀發(fā)浪潮”的席卷而來(lái),我國(guó)的養(yǎng)老設(shè)施正處于集中發(fā)展與建設(shè)期,養(yǎng)老院作為機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老設(shè)施的重要組成部分,其建設(shè)越來(lái)越受到社會(huì)各界的關(guān)注�，F(xiàn)實(shí)中,我國(guó)的養(yǎng)老院建筑無(wú)障礙、硬件設(shè)施的普及和質(zhì)量有了很大的提高,但仍存在居住空間過(guò)于單一的情況,全國(guó)各城市的養(yǎng)老院空間形式基本一樣,尚未形成具有地方特色的老年居住空間。盡管隨著養(yǎng)老設(shè)施建設(shè)熱潮的不斷高漲,最近幾年研究養(yǎng)老院的文章也呈井噴式發(fā)展,但從老年人的心理、生理及行為需求出發(fā)、從建筑與地域環(huán)境入手提高養(yǎng)老院居住環(huán)境舒適性方面的學(xué)術(shù)研究尚有欠缺。本文立足于東北地區(qū),以建筑學(xué)的角度,充分研究老年人的生理、心理以及行為特征,并結(jié)合東北地區(qū)的地域環(huán)境特點(diǎn),總結(jié)出符合東北地區(qū)老人的生理、心理、行為需求以及適應(yīng)東北地區(qū)地域環(huán)境的養(yǎng)老院室內(nèi)空間設(shè)計(jì)策略。文章首先分析了老年人生理、心理、行為的特征和需求,以及東北地域性對(duì)老年人生理、心理及行為的影響,加深了對(duì)東北地區(qū)老年人特點(diǎn)的認(rèn)知,并對(duì)與老年人室內(nèi)行為模式相關(guān)的人體工程學(xué)、空間關(guān)系學(xué)、場(chǎng)所理論進(jìn)行了概述,以此作為研究基礎(chǔ)。然后對(duì)東北地區(qū)有代表性的養(yǎng)老院的設(shè)施概況及空間布局進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)我國(guó)東北地區(qū)養(yǎng)老院現(xiàn)狀存在的問(wèn)題,接著通過(guò)對(duì)比分析養(yǎng)老院相同屬性的功能空間對(duì)老年人行為的影響,總結(jié)養(yǎng)老院室內(nèi)老年人行為模式特點(diǎn)及其空間影響因素,最后結(jié)合東北地區(qū)的地域性特點(diǎn),從空間布局、功能空間、物理環(huán)境三個(gè)方面歸納和總結(jié)適合東北地區(qū)養(yǎng)老院室內(nèi)空間設(shè)計(jì)的策略,力求營(yíng)造適應(yīng)寒冷氣候條件、拓展老年人行為活動(dòng)的積極空間,也希望通過(guò)本論文的研究豐富有關(guān)養(yǎng)老院空間設(shè)計(jì)的理論體系,尤其是為我國(guó)東北地區(qū)養(yǎng)老設(shè)施的建設(shè)提供一定的理論參考。
[Abstract]:Along with the "silver hair wave" in the 21 century, the old-age facilities in our country are in the period of concentrated development and construction. As an important part of the institutional old-age facilities, the construction of nursing homes has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life. In reality, the building of nursing home in our country is barrier-free, the popularization and quality of hardware facilities have been greatly improved, but there still exists the situation that the living space is too single, and the space form of nursing home in every city of China is basically the same. Have not yet formed with local characteristics of the elderly living space. Despite the upsurge in the construction of old-age facilities and the recent development of articles on nursing homes, the psychological, physical and behavioral needs of the elderly have been taken into account. The academic research on building and regional environment to improve the comfort of living environment of nursing home is still deficient. Based on the northeast region, this paper studies the physiological, psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly from the architectural point of view, and summarizes the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly in the Northeast region in combination with the characteristics of the regional environment in the Northeast. Behavioral needs and interior space design strategies for nursing homes adapted to the regional environment in Northeast China. This paper first analyzes the physiological, psychological and behavioral characteristics and needs of the elderly, as well as the effects of the regional nature of the Northeast on the physiology, psychology and behavior of the elderly, thus deepening the cognition of the characteristics of the elderly in the Northeast. The ergonomics, spatial relation and place theory related to the indoor behavior pattern of the elderly are summarized, which is the basis of the research. Then it analyzes the general situation and spatial layout of the representative nursing homes in Northeast China, and summarizes the problems existing in the present situation of nursing homes in Northeast China. Then through the comparative analysis of the influence of the same functional space of the nursing home on the elderly behavior, the characteristics of the elderly behavior pattern and its spatial influencing factors in the nursing home are summarized. Finally, combined with the regional characteristics of the Northeast region, the spatial layout of the elderly is analyzed. Three aspects of functional space and physical environment are summarized and summarized, which are suitable for the interior space design of nursing home in Northeast China, in order to create a positive space to adapt to the cold climate and to expand the behavior of the elderly. It also hopes to enrich the theoretical system of the spatial design of nursing home through the research of this paper, especially to provide a certain theoretical reference for the construction of pension facilities in Northeast China.
