【摘要】：結(jié)合煙臺(tái)漁輪修造廠基地現(xiàn)狀和歷史條件,以歷史港口街巷空間及歷史建筑尺度為依托,將建筑及其周邊空間環(huán)境和整個(gè)街區(qū)的歷史文化背景作為一個(gè)整體來考慮,通過最大限度保持場(chǎng)地的原有肌理、歷史文化的傳承、船廠建構(gòu)筑物和設(shè)施的處理以及公共空間的特色營(yíng)造四個(gè)方面探討濱水工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)更新的設(shè)計(jì)方法。對(duì)破碎的景觀結(jié)構(gòu)和要素進(jìn)行重新解析,從而解決船廠衰敗問題,并使其融入煙臺(tái)朝陽(yáng)街歷史文化街區(qū)的功能體系中,塑造成具有地域特色的港口文化景觀觀光區(qū),滿足旅游與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需求。
[Abstract]:Combined with the present situation and historical conditions of Yantai Fishboat repair and Construction Plant, based on the historical port street space and historical building scale, the building and its surrounding space environment and the historical and cultural background of the whole block are considered as a whole. This paper discusses the design methods of waterfront industry heritage protection and renewal from four aspects: preserving the original texture of the site, inheriting the history and culture, handling the structures and facilities built by the shipyard and creating the characteristics of the public space. The broken landscape structure and elements are analyzed again, so as to solve the problem of shipyard decay, and integrate it into the function system of Yantai Chaoyang Street historical and cultural district, and shape it into a port cultural landscape sightseeing area with regional characteristics. To meet the needs of tourism and economic development.
