裝配式風(fēng)電塔架整體結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性研究

【摘要】:分析裝配式風(fēng)電塔架在荷載作用下的位移和應(yīng)力,以塔架頂部位移和各構(gòu)件最大應(yīng)力為控制條件對塔架進行可靠性分析,并研究預(yù)應(yīng)力松弛對于塔架整體可靠性的影響。結(jié)果表明對塔架結(jié)構(gòu)性能影響最大的兩個參數(shù)分別為鋼塔筒壁厚和混凝土塔筒門洞口附近預(yù)應(yīng)力筋束的應(yīng)力;預(yù)應(yīng)力松弛會降低塔架位移和鋼塔筒的可靠指標而提高混凝土塔筒的可靠指標。
[Abstract]:The displacement and stress of prefabricated wind power tower under load are analyzed. The reliability of tower is analyzed under the control condition of the top displacement of tower and the maximum stress of each member, and the effect of prestressed relaxation on the overall reliability of tower is studied. The results show that the two parameters that have the greatest influence on the performance of the tower are the wall thickness of the steel tower and the stress of the prestressed tendons near the portal of the concrete tower. The prestressed relaxation can reduce the displacement of tower and the reliability index of steel tower and improve the reliability index of concrete tower.
