【摘要】：正毗鄰青島老城區(qū)的老港區(qū),在過去幾十年一直是青島最主要的物流中心。而最近幾年,主要的物流功能被慢慢轉(zhuǎn)移至黃島區(qū)域,5km2的老港區(qū)希望通過城市更新的手段,實(shí)現(xiàn)功能置換和再生,成為融合居住、辦公、商業(yè)、酒店和休閑娛樂等多功能的復(fù)合型區(qū)域。老港區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí),也將拉動(dòng)相鄰老城區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的升級(jí)創(chuàng)造可能。在這樣的語境和期許下,青島郵輪母港客運(yùn)中心被選址在了老港區(qū)。作為城市更新的一個(gè)觸媒,這座現(xiàn)代交通建筑不僅僅
