【摘要】:某多層商業(yè)樓是集商業(yè)、餐飲和娛樂功能為一體的大型城市綜合體建筑,設(shè)置了室內(nèi)步行街、跨層中庭及支承于懸挑梁端頭的大型扶梯,主入口采用了弧形拉索玻璃幕墻及懸挑鋼雨篷,結(jié)構(gòu)存在樓板開大洞、大跨度、大懸挑,單跨框架、結(jié)構(gòu)超長等不利因素,設(shè)計(jì)中通過對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)方案的合理把控、多種計(jì)算分析(如:溫度分析、樓面舒適度驗(yàn)算、靜力彈塑性分析),采用了抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)及預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù),解決了工程設(shè)計(jì)中遇到的難題,供同行設(shè)計(jì)人員參考。
[Abstract]:A multi-storey commercial building is a large urban complex building with commercial, catering and entertainment functions. It is equipped with indoor pedestrian street, cross-story atrium and a large escalator supported by the end of the cantilever beam. The main entrance adopts arc cable glass curtain wall and overhanging steel canopy. The structure has many disadvantages, such as large hole in floor slab, large span, large cantilever, single span frame, and long structure. The reasonable control of the structure scheme is adopted in the design. For example, temperature analysis, floor comfort check, static elastic-plastic analysis, seismic performance-based design and prestressing technology are used to solve the problems encountered in engineering design.
