【摘要】：本文選取北京地區(qū)的近代建筑,以陸軍部衙署南樓作為研究對(duì)象,在實(shí)地調(diào)研及相關(guān)歷史資料查閱的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)其建造背景、基本建筑特征、空間形態(tài)、所用結(jié)構(gòu)形式、所用材料、做法與營(yíng)造技藝等方面進(jìn)行梳理與研究,重點(diǎn)對(duì)陸軍部衙署南樓的外廊部分進(jìn)行了計(jì)算機(jī)模型的搭建,分析還原其裝飾細(xì)部,對(duì)建造設(shè)計(jì)手段進(jìn)行了分類總結(jié),并對(duì)陸軍部衙署南樓修繕與保護(hù)進(jìn)行了探討。本文主要共分為五部分內(nèi)容。第一章為緒論,對(duì)課題研究的時(shí)代背景、建筑區(qū)位及歷史概況進(jìn)行了介紹,對(duì)以陸軍部衙署相關(guān)的近代建筑營(yíng)造技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀、論文研究?jī)?nèi)容和論文的方法進(jìn)行了基本的闡述。第二章介紹了陸軍部衙署南樓的基本特征與空間營(yíng)造。從整體的角度分析了陸軍部衙署的整體建筑布局,南樓對(duì)稱式的平面空間特征及對(duì)稱的立面造型,并對(duì)剖面空間形式,室內(nèi)外空間關(guān)系,局部45度角對(duì)稱與靈活調(diào)整進(jìn)行分析,又對(duì)南樓采用的磚木結(jié)構(gòu)類型與特點(diǎn),先進(jìn)材料的運(yùn)用,與豐富的磚木結(jié)構(gòu)裝飾一體化體系進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要的概述與說(shuō)明。第三章重點(diǎn)對(duì)陸軍部衙署南樓的磚墻、屋頂、樓板三種基本建造要素進(jìn)行分節(jié)研究。在南樓磚墻研究中,主要分析了建造時(shí)所用磚材的類型、規(guī)格及砌筑操作方式,并研究了外墻與內(nèi)墻,兩者在直線處、內(nèi)凹角處、外凸角處各層的砌筑排列方式,同時(shí)外廊部分的磚券形態(tài)類型及砌筑方式進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)基本立面的磚的結(jié)構(gòu)裝飾一體化,檐口線腳的組砌方式進(jìn)行了分析;在南樓屋頂研究中,分析了典型三角字形木屋架的構(gòu)件組成與相互搭接方式與節(jié)點(diǎn),分析了外凸角與內(nèi)凹角主山架與次(小)屋架之間的搭建,以及屋面細(xì)部構(gòu)造方式,并分析了與承重墻一體女兒墻的兩種建造形式;同時(shí)還對(duì)不同位置處木樓板體系,門窗吊頂及欄桿扶手進(jìn)行的建造進(jìn)行了研究。并對(duì)整體營(yíng)造過(guò)程進(jìn)行了演示。第四章以接近再現(xiàn)的方式分析了外廊部位的九種磚木構(gòu)造,對(duì)基本立面內(nèi)墻直線處、外廊部分和外凸角立面處磚木搭接關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究。第五章對(duì)陸軍部衙署南樓修繕與保護(hù)進(jìn)行了探討。
[Abstract]:This paper selects the modern architecture in Beijing area, takes the South Building of the Department of the Army as the research object, on the basis of the field investigation and related historical data, analyzes its construction background, basic architectural characteristics, spatial form and the structure form used. The materials, methods and construction techniques are combed and studied. The computer model of the outer corridor of the South Building of the Department of War is built, the decorative details are analyzed and restored, and the construction design means are classified and summarized. The repair and protection of the south building of the Department of Army are also discussed. This paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, introduces the background, architectural location and historical overview of the subject, and introduces the current situation of modern architectural construction technology related to the Department of the Army. The research contents and methods of the thesis are described. The second chapter introduces the basic characteristics and space construction of the South Building of the Department of Army. From the whole angle, this paper analyzes the overall architectural layout, the symmetrical plane space characteristics of the south building and the symmetrical elevation modeling, and analyzes the spatial form of the section, the relationship between the indoor and outdoor space, the local 45 degree angle symmetry and the flexible adjustment. The types and characteristics of brick and wood structure, the application of advanced materials, and the rich integrated system of brick and wood structure decoration are briefly summarized and explained. The third chapter focuses on the brick wall, roof and floor of the south building of the Department of Army. In the study of brick wall in south building, the types, specifications and masonry operation mode of brick material used in construction are analyzed, and the arrangement of the exterior wall and inner wall in the straight line, the concave corner, the convex corner, the masonry arrangement of each layer are studied. At the same time, the paper analyzes the form types and masonry methods of the outer corridor, analyzes the integration of the brick structure and decoration of the basic facade, the formation of the foot of the cornice line, and in the study of the roof of the south building, In this paper, the composition of the components of the typical triangular glyph frame is analyzed, and the ways of overlap and joints are analyzed. The construction of the main hill frame with the convex angle and the inner concave angle and the secondary (small) roof truss, as well as the detailed construction mode of the roof are analyzed. At the same time, the construction of wooden floor system, door and window ceiling and railing armrest at different positions are studied. The whole construction process is demonstrated. In chapter 4, the author analyses nine kinds of masonry structures in the outer corridor by approaching the reappearance, and studies the relationship of the masonry overlap between the interior wall of the basic facade, the part of the verandah and the facade of the convex corner. The fifth chapter discusses the repair and protection of the South Building of the Department of Army.
