【摘要】：歷史是城市的記憶,規(guī)劃思想是城市發(fā)展的指引。長春這座年輕的城市在短短200余年建城歷史中經歷了從封建邊疆城市成為鐵路城市;再到日偽政權的“政治中心城市”,成為世界發(fā)達的大城市;最后轉型成為綜合工業(yè)城市的重大轉變。放眼世界,傳奇的城市規(guī)劃歷程使得長春成為孤例,梳理其規(guī)劃思想,有助于把握長春城市建設的本質,對指導下一步的城市規(guī)劃有著重要的價值和意義。本文主要運用比較研究法與分析歸納法,縱向研究長春市1800年至今的城市建設歷史,勾勒各個階段歷史脈絡;橫向研究城市規(guī)劃發(fā)展思想。其中,橫向研究包含了兩條線索,一條將長春置于當時的宏觀歷史背景中,歸納總結國內外城市規(guī)劃理論,與同時期長春的城市規(guī)劃理論進行比較研究;另一條以發(fā)生在長春主城區(qū)內的城市規(guī)劃與建設活動為研究對象,陳述城市規(guī)劃事件產生的背景、評價規(guī)劃內容,并凝練出該階段的城市規(guī)劃思想。最后,以時間為縱軸將長春各階段城市規(guī)劃的主導思想串聯出來,得出長春城市規(guī)劃思想軌跡是長春規(guī)劃思想在中國規(guī)劃傳統(tǒng)思想與西方規(guī)劃思想明暗交替發(fā)展中,游移于權利主義、理想主義、理性主義、人本主義與生態(tài)主義之間不斷演化的過程。并指出未來長春市的城市規(guī)劃指導思想是以可持續(xù)發(fā)展的城市復興思想為主,融合人文主義與理想主義多元化共同發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:History is the memory of the city, planning thought is the guide of urban development. Changchun, a young city, has experienced from feudal frontier city to railway city in its short history of more than 200 years, to the "political center city" of Japanese-puppet regime, and has become a developed big city in the world. Finally, the transformation into a comprehensive industrial city a major change. Looking around the world, the legendary course of urban planning makes Changchun an isolated case. Combing its planning ideas is helpful to grasp the essence of Changchun's urban construction and has important value and significance for guiding the next step of urban planning. This article mainly uses the comparative research method and the analysis induction method, studies the Changchun city construction history from 1800 to present, outlines the historical context of each stage, and studies the urban planning development thought horizontally. Among them, the horizontal research contains two clues, one is to put Changchun in the macroscopic historical background at that time, summarize the theories of urban planning at home and abroad, and carry on the comparative research with the theory of urban planning of Changchun in the same period; The other takes the urban planning and construction activities in the main urban area of Changchun as the research object, describes the background of the urban planning events, evaluates the planning contents, and condenses the urban planning ideas in this stage. Finally, taking the time as the longitudinal axis, the main ideas of Changchun urban planning are connected out, and it is concluded that the Changchun urban planning thought track is the alternate development of Changchun planning thought between the traditional Chinese planning thought and the western planning thought. The process of moving between right, idealism, rationalism, humanism and ecologism. It is also pointed out that the guiding ideology of urban planning in Changchun in the future is the sustainable development of the urban rejuvenation, the integration of humanism and idealism, and the common development of diversity.
