離子導(dǎo)電砂漿電學性能影響因素研究

【摘要】:用電解質(zhì)溶液作為導(dǎo)電相材料來制備離子導(dǎo)電砂漿,在砂漿表面輥涂環(huán)氧樹脂以保證穩(wěn)定的導(dǎo)電性,并對影響離子導(dǎo)電砂漿電學性能的多種因素開展試驗研究.結(jié)果表明:在一定的離子溶液質(zhì)量分數(shù)范圍內(nèi),離子導(dǎo)電砂漿電阻率隨離子溶液質(zhì)量分數(shù)的增加而減小;受離子導(dǎo)電砂漿內(nèi)部孔結(jié)構(gòu)和溶質(zhì)溶解度的影響,質(zhì)量分數(shù)過高的離子溶液會降低離子導(dǎo)電砂漿的滲透效率,對離子導(dǎo)電砂漿導(dǎo)電性不利.不同離子溶液的溶質(zhì)溶解度不同,因此離子導(dǎo)電砂漿最優(yōu)導(dǎo)電性所對應(yīng)的溶液質(zhì)量分數(shù)也有所不同.在制作離子導(dǎo)電砂漿時應(yīng)綜合當時的環(huán)境溫度與溶液種類,確定其溶解度并選擇適當?shù)娜芤嘿|(zhì)量分數(shù).由于離子導(dǎo)電砂漿的電極與離子溶液之間將發(fā)生電化學反應(yīng),因此應(yīng)選擇交換電流密度較大的電極,并考慮電極的可逆性.
[Abstract]:Ionic conductive mortar was prepared by using electrolyte solution as conductive phase material. Epoxy resin was rolled on the surface of mortar to ensure stable electrical conductivity. Many factors affecting the electrical properties of ionic conductive mortar were studied experimentally. The results show that the resistivity of ionic conductive mortar decreases with the increase of ionic solution mass fraction in a certain range of ionic solution mass fraction, and is affected by the pore structure and solute solubility of ionic conductive mortar. The ionic solution with too high mass fraction will reduce the permeation efficiency of ionic conductive mortar, which will be disadvantageous to the conductivity of ionic conductive mortar. The solute solubility of different ionic solutions is different, so the solution mass fraction corresponding to the optimal conductivity of ionic conductive mortar is different. When making ionic conductive mortar, it is necessary to synthesize the ambient temperature and the kind of solution at that time, to determine its solubility and to select the appropriate solution mass fraction. Due to the electrochemical reaction between the electrode of ionic conductive mortar and ionic solution, the electrode with high exchange current density should be selected and the reversibility of the electrode should be considered.
