臨深基坑建筑物安全性鑒定與評(píng)估方法研究

【摘要】:建筑物在服役期間,人們最關(guān)心的問(wèn)題是結(jié)構(gòu)本身的安全性,建筑結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)際所具有的安全性與設(shè)計(jì)、建造時(shí)形成的先天條件密切相關(guān),同時(shí)也離不開(kāi)其后期的正確使用與維護(hù),F(xiàn)階段的城市建設(shè)中,經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)既有建筑物臨近基坑施工的情況,建筑物不可避免地受到基坑施工的影響,由此而引發(fā)的糾紛更是層出不窮。為此有必要對(duì)此類(lèi)建筑的安全性鑒定與評(píng)估方法進(jìn)行研究,及時(shí)對(duì)該類(lèi)建筑進(jìn)行鑒定,確保建筑物的安全使用。本文以受基坑施工影響的磚混結(jié)構(gòu)為主要研究對(duì)象,目的在于通過(guò)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)自身性能進(jìn)行研究,采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)、數(shù)據(jù)分析和建模驗(yàn)算這一系列流程對(duì)臨深基坑建筑物的安全性進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)定,對(duì)建筑物所存在的安全隱患提出處理措施和建議。在深入學(xué)習(xí)了當(dāng)前既有結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性鑒定評(píng)估理論和結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合工程實(shí)例對(duì)所研究的內(nèi)容加以應(yīng)用,本文主要做了以下方面的研究:1)首先對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)的程序進(jìn)行了介紹,并在提高現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)精度方面,從統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)的角度出發(fā),對(duì)抽樣檢測(cè)的樣本容量進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化和完善,同時(shí)對(duì)檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的異常值,給出了一種驗(yàn)證方法進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),針對(duì)磚混結(jié)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn),對(duì)其現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了研究。2)其次在現(xiàn)有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,學(xué)習(xí)了既有結(jié)構(gòu)安全性鑒定評(píng)估的理論基礎(chǔ),探討了結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)分析與校核時(shí)的基本原則、荷載標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值及材料強(qiáng)度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值的確定方法,提出安全性鑒定應(yīng)與抗震鑒定相結(jié)合;介紹了基坑施工影響區(qū)域的劃分方法,并對(duì)臨近建筑安全鑒定時(shí)的相關(guān)調(diào)查內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了闡述。3)根據(jù)民用建筑安全性鑒定的層次劃分和工作步驟,重點(diǎn)研究了既有磚混結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性綜合評(píng)定方法,分別對(duì)構(gòu)件、子單元、鑒定單元的評(píng)定方法進(jìn)行了研究,針對(duì)地基基礎(chǔ)子單元現(xiàn)有評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的不足,對(duì)其部分評(píng)定指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了量化,提高了鑒定工作的效率。4)最后結(jié)合具體的工程實(shí)例對(duì)前述的研究成果加以運(yùn)用,通過(guò)詳細(xì)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè),得到了建筑物的結(jié)構(gòu)布置、構(gòu)造情況、裂縫分布、沉降變形現(xiàn)狀、材料強(qiáng)度等性能信息。在實(shí)測(cè)信息的基礎(chǔ)上,利用PKPM結(jié)構(gòu)分析軟件中的JDJG模塊對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的整體承載力進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)算分析,根據(jù)分析數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)合其他檢測(cè)結(jié)果,對(duì)建筑物的整體安全性進(jìn)行評(píng)定,得出了建筑物的安全等級(jí),根據(jù)評(píng)定結(jié)果對(duì)建筑物所存在的安全問(wèn)題提出處理措施和建議。
[Abstract]:During the period of building service, people are most concerned about the safety of the structure itself. The safety of the building structure is closely related to the design and the congenital conditions formed during the construction, and the correct use and maintenance of the structure is inseparable from its later period. In the present stage of urban construction, the existing buildings often appear near the foundation pit construction, the buildings are inevitably affected by the foundation pit construction, and the disputes caused by it are even more and more endless. Therefore, it is necessary to study the safety appraisal and evaluation method of this kind of building, and to ensure the safe use of this kind of building in time. In this paper, the brick-concrete structure affected by foundation pit construction is taken as the main research object, the purpose of this paper is to study the performance of the structure itself and to adopt on-site inspection. Data analysis and modeling verification are a series of procedures for comprehensive evaluation of the safety of buildings in deep excavation, and some measures and suggestions are put forward to deal with the hidden safety problems existing in the buildings. Based on the deep study of the existing structure safety appraisal theory and the structure field detection technology, the research content is applied to the engineering example. In this paper, we mainly do the following research: (1) first of all, we introduce the program of structure field detection, and in improving the accuracy of field detection, we optimize and perfect the sample size of sampling test from the point of view of statistics. At the same time, a verification method is given to test the outliers of the detected data. According to the characteristics of brick and concrete structure, the content of field inspection is studied. 2) secondly, based on the existing research, This paper studies the theoretical basis of safety assessment of existing structures, discusses the basic principles of structural mechanics analysis and checking, the method of determining the standard values of load and material strength, and puts forward that the safety evaluation should be combined with seismic identification. This paper introduces the method of dividing the affected area of foundation pit construction, and expounds the related investigation contents when the construction safety appraisal is near. 3) according to the hierarchy division and working steps of civil building safety appraisal, The comprehensive assessment methods of existing brick and concrete structures are studied, and the evaluation methods of components, sub-units and appraisal units are studied respectively, aiming at the shortcomings of the existing evaluation standards for subunits of foundation and foundation. Some of the evaluation indexes are quantified, and the efficiency of the appraisal work is improved. Finally, combined with concrete engineering examples, the above-mentioned research results are applied. Through detailed on-site inspection, the structure layout and construction situation of the building are obtained. Crack distribution, settlement and deformation status, material strength and other performance information. Based on the measured information, the overall bearing capacity of the structure is calculated and analyzed by using the JDJG module in the PKPM structure analysis software. According to the analysis data and other test results, the overall safety of the building is evaluated. The safety grade of the building is obtained, and the measures and suggestions are put forward according to the evaluation results to deal with the safety problems existing in the building.
