【摘要】：快速的城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程不斷侵蝕城市生態(tài)本底。為解決此問題,"生態(tài)控制線"應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。本研究認(rèn)為,城市的城鎮(zhèn)化水平差異會導(dǎo)致其劃定生態(tài)控制線的模式有所不同。研究選取廣東省珠海市與云浮市作為研究案例,比較二者的生態(tài)基底和生態(tài)控制線劃定方法,總結(jié)這兩種劃定模式:一是堅(jiān)持生態(tài)優(yōu)先構(gòu)建生態(tài)安全格局,以協(xié)調(diào)落實(shí)相關(guān)規(guī)劃為主識別生態(tài)要素管理邊界,以生態(tài)控制線被動限制城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展邊界;二是以生態(tài)建設(shè)為動力構(gòu)建生態(tài)安全格局,以強(qiáng)化生態(tài)保護(hù)的完整性為目標(biāo)識別生態(tài)要素管理邊界,以生態(tài)控制線主動引導(dǎo)城鎮(zhèn)空間有序拓展。這兩種模式能為我國生態(tài)控制線研究提供方法、模式和理論借鑒。
[Abstract]:In order to solve this problem, "ecological control line" emerges as the times require to solve this problem. This study holds that the urban urbanization level difference will lead to the different patterns of the ecological control line. The study selects Zhuhai city and Yunfu city of Guangdong Province as the research case to compare the ecological base and life of the two. State control line delimit method, summarize these two delimiting modes: first, adhere to ecological priority to build ecological security pattern, coordinate the implementation of related planning to identify the ecological factors management boundary, the ecological control line to passively restrict the urban development boundary, and the two is to build ecological security pattern with ecological construction as the motive force, in order to strengthen the ecological protection. The two models can provide methods, models and theories for the study of ecological control lines in China.
