【摘要】：杭州清泰水廠壓力式膜系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)總凈產(chǎn)水量30萬(wàn)m3/d,采用壓力式中空纖維膜。通過(guò)對(duì)已經(jīng)投運(yùn)近4年的水廠長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行效果的研究,總結(jié)了整個(gè)處理工藝的凈水效果,膜系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行中的電耗、藥耗以及長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行中跨膜壓差、滲透率的變化,可為今后膜處理水廠的設(shè)計(jì)及運(yùn)行提供參考。
[Abstract]:The pressure membrane system of Hangzhou Qingtai Waterworks was designed with a total net water yield of 300000 m3 / d and pressure hollow fiber membrane. Through the study on the long-term operation effect of the water plant which has been put into operation for nearly 4 years, the water purification effect of the whole treatment process, the electricity consumption, the charge consumption in the operation of the membrane system, and the change of the transmembrane pressure difference and permeability during the long-term operation are summarized. It can provide reference for the design and operation of membrane water treatment plant in the future.
