無(wú)線(xiàn)室溫采集系統(tǒng)在熱網(wǎng)均衡控制中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:供熱期終端熱用戶(hù)室內(nèi)溫度是供熱運(yùn)行過(guò)程中的重要參數(shù),實(shí)時(shí)準(zhǔn)確監(jiān)測(cè)該溫度,及時(shí)調(diào)整運(yùn)行工況,可有效減少熱用戶(hù)投訴或供大于求的現(xiàn)象發(fā)生,實(shí)現(xiàn)熱能合理調(diào)控。文章中介紹的無(wú)線(xiàn)室溫采集系統(tǒng)由無(wú)線(xiàn)室溫采集器及監(jiān)控中心服務(wù)器組成,無(wú)線(xiàn)室溫采集器以C8051F410單片機(jī)為核心,通過(guò)DS18B20數(shù)字溫度傳感器采集溫度,數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)MG301-LCC型GPRS模塊發(fā)送至監(jiān)控中心服務(wù)器,服務(wù)器建立未來(lái)5 h室外溫度預(yù)測(cè)模型,運(yùn)行人員根據(jù)預(yù)測(cè)的室外溫度及用戶(hù)室溫變化曲線(xiàn)的反饋,調(diào)整控制曲線(xiàn),下達(dá)換熱站調(diào)節(jié)參數(shù)。非供熱期可在服務(wù)器端將設(shè)備批量設(shè)置為低功耗模式,并依據(jù)加速度計(jì)原理設(shè)計(jì)了防挪移提醒功能,有效防止了用戶(hù)惡意移動(dòng)設(shè)備從而影響實(shí)際測(cè)量結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:The indoor temperature of terminal thermal users during heating supply period is an important parameter in the process of heating operation. To monitor the temperature accurately in real time and adjust the operating conditions in time can effectively reduce the phenomenon of complaint or oversupply of heat users and realize the rational control of heat energy. The wireless room temperature acquisition system introduced in this paper consists of a wireless room temperature collector and a monitoring center server. The wireless room temperature collector takes C8051F410 microcontroller as the core and collects the temperature through the DS18B20 digital temperature sensor. The data is sent to the monitoring center server by MG301-LCC GPRS module. The server establishes the outdoor temperature prediction model for the next 5 hours. The operator adjusts the control curve according to the feedback of the predicted outdoor temperature and the user's room temperature change curve. The adjustment parameters of the heat exchange station are issued. During the non-heating period, the device can be set to low power mode in the server, and the anti-displacement warning function is designed according to the principle of accelerometer, which effectively prevents the malicious mobile device from the user and thus affects the actual measurement results.
