【摘要】：美食和旅游越來越多的成為人們茶余飯后的談資,其中旅游成為了人們?cè)鲞M(jìn)感情和緩解壓力的重要方式,而鄉(xiāng)村旅游在最近幾年更是備受大家推崇的旅游方式。鄉(xiāng)村旅游中必不可少的就是住宿。人們?yōu)榱烁玫捏w驗(yàn)鄉(xiāng)村生活,追求鄉(xiāng)野情趣,熱衷于住在有地方特色的民宿。民宿除了滿足住宿這一單一條件外,還滿足了人們對(duì)住宿環(huán)境、心理感受、當(dāng)?shù)匚幕淖非?這些民宿結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)仫L(fēng)土人情、文化環(huán)境等資源成為一種新型時(shí)尚。民宿吸引了大批80、90后青年人群,形成了風(fēng)靡一時(shí)的“民宿熱”。民宿行業(yè)正進(jìn)入一個(gè)嶄新的發(fā)展階段,民宿又是對(duì)傳統(tǒng)酒店行業(yè)的再一次提升和發(fā)展,讓更多的旅游者體驗(yàn)民宿的樂趣和對(duì)鄉(xiāng)野情趣的追求。在此背景下,本文以真實(shí)案例——順平縣民宿改造的過程為實(shí)踐題材,在對(duì)民宿的形成和發(fā)展、以及順平縣旅游資源、歷史文化等資源整理的基礎(chǔ)之上的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)出針對(duì)順平縣的地方特色民宿改造方案,設(shè)計(jì)出符合青年團(tuán)體特點(diǎn)和需求的順平縣特色民宿改造方案。
[Abstract]:Food and tourism have become more and more people after a meal, tourism has become an important way to enhance people's feelings and ease the pressure, and rural tourism in recent years is a popular way to travel. Accommodation is essential in rural tourism. People in order to better experience rural life, pursuit of rural interest, keen to live in local characteristics of the people. Besides meeting the single condition of accommodation, it also satisfies the people's pursuit of accommodation environment, psychological feeling and local culture. It has become a new fashion to combine the local customs and local customs, cultural environment and other resources. Residential accommodation attracted a large number of young people after 80, 90, the formation of a popular "housing craze." The residential industry is entering a new stage of development, and it is the promotion and development of The Legacy Hotel industry once more, so that more tourists experience the fun of lodging and the pursuit of rural interest. Under this background, this article takes the real case-Shunping county folk house reform process as the practical subject matter, on the basis of the formation and development of the residence, as well as the Shunping county tourism resources, the history culture and so on resources arrangement foundation, This paper sums up the scheme of the renovation of residential accommodation with local characteristics in Shunping county, and designs a scheme for the renovation of residential accommodation with local characteristics in accordance with the characteristics and needs of youth groups.
