【摘要】：隨著首鋼西十筒倉改造的完成以及奧組委的入駐,國內(nèi)又興起了對老舊工業(yè)廠區(qū)內(nèi)工業(yè)遺存建筑的改造與再利用的關(guān)注。工業(yè)廠區(qū)的"關(guān)停并轉(zhuǎn)"對保護(hù)環(huán)境起到了積極作用,也節(jié)約了社會(huì)資源,實(shí)現(xiàn)了資源循環(huán)利用。據(jù)悉,在2019年底,首鋼就工業(yè)廠區(qū)北區(qū)將全部改建完成,改造后首鋼整個(gè)主廠區(qū)將成為全國老工業(yè)區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)型的試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目,定位為新高端產(chǎn)業(yè)綜合服務(wù)區(qū),結(jié)合冬奧廣場、首鋼工業(yè)遺址公園、公共服務(wù)于配套設(shè)施等功能重新激活首鋼廠區(qū)的活力。本文主要探討了首鋼創(chuàng)意文化產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)內(nèi)高爐、筒倉、涼水塔的功能、結(jié)構(gòu)以及空間改造與再利用的方法,并提出了合理的改造建議。上位規(guī)劃中規(guī)定,首鋼工業(yè)廠區(qū)北區(qū)的主要功能是創(chuàng)意文化產(chǎn)業(yè)。文本第一章分析了首鋼工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)改造的必要性與可行性,引出了文章所要研究的對象——即圓形高爐、筒倉以及涼水塔,并且總結(jié)了前人對工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)以及首鋼工業(yè)廠房改造的研究。第二章結(jié)合上位規(guī)劃,分析了上位規(guī)劃對首鋼廠區(qū)改造的諸多限定條件,由此探討了適應(yīng)首鋼創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的功能設(shè)置。在第三章中,筆者通過實(shí)地調(diào)研首鋼廠區(qū)以及這三個(gè)具體的工業(yè)廠房,詳細(xì)描述了這三種工業(yè)建筑的現(xiàn)狀,其中包括位置、尺寸、結(jié)構(gòu)、材質(zhì)以及使用年限等,并且繪制了一定的模型與圖紙。由此,總結(jié)出了三種圓形工業(yè)建筑的空間特點(diǎn)。第四章首先由多義空間的定義與應(yīng)用引出了首鋼高爐的空間多義性,即有改造成多種功能空間的可能性。由此分析了不同功能空間與高爐、筒倉與涼水塔的適應(yīng)性,結(jié)合諸多實(shí)際案例與這三類工業(yè)建筑的特點(diǎn),給出了功能改造的建議。第五章通過總結(jié)前人以及現(xiàn)有的案例,結(jié)合實(shí)際這三種工業(yè)建筑的做法,探討了這三種工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)可行的結(jié)構(gòu)改造建議。第六章中,結(jié)合實(shí)際案例與前人研究成果,探討了這三類高爐空間改造的可能性,提出了這三種工業(yè)建筑空間改造的方法與建議。在最后一章中,在總結(jié)全文結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了研究的不足之處,并且指出了今后研究可能的方向。
[Abstract]:With the completion of the reconstruction of the West 10 Silo of Shougang and the entry of the Olympic Organizing Committee, attention has been paid to the reconstruction and reuse of the industrial relics in the old industrial factory area in China. The "closing and turning" of the industrial factory area has played a positive role in protecting the environment, saving social resources and realizing the recycling of resources. It is reported that by the end of 2019, Shougang will complete all the reconstruction of the North District of the industrial plant. After the transformation, the whole main factory area of Shougang will become a pilot project for the transformation of the country's old industrial areas, and it will be positioned as a comprehensive service area for new high-end industries, combined with Winter Olympic Square. Shougang Industrial site Park, public services in supporting facilities and other functions to reactivate the vitality of Shougang plant. This paper mainly discusses the function, structure, space reconstruction and reuse of blast furnace, silo and cool water tower in Shougang creative culture industry area, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions. Upper planning, Shougang Industrial Plant North District's main function is creative and cultural industries. In the first chapter, the necessity and feasibility of the reconstruction of Shougang industrial building heritage are analyzed, and the object of this paper is the round blast furnace, silo and cool water tower. And summarized the previous research on industrial building heritage and Shougang industrial plant transformation. In the second chapter, combined with the upper planning, the author analyzes the limited conditions of the upper-level planning on the renovation of Shougang's factory area, and probes into the function setting of the creative industrial park in Shougang. In the third chapter, the author describes the status quo of the three industrial buildings in detail, including location, size, structure, material and service life, through field investigation of Shougang factory area and the three specific industrial buildings. And draw a certain model and drawings. From this, summed up three kinds of circular industrial building space characteristics. In the fourth chapter, the definition and application of polysemous space lead to the spatial polysemy of Shougang blast furnace, that is, the possibility of transforming it into a variety of functional spaces. This paper analyzes the adaptability of different functional spaces and blast furnaces silos and cool water towers. Combined with many practical cases and the characteristics of these three kinds of industrial buildings some suggestions for functional transformation are given. In the fifth chapter, by summing up the previous and existing cases and combining with the practice of these three kinds of industrial buildings, the feasible structural reconstruction suggestions of these three kinds of industrial heritage are discussed. In the sixth chapter, combined with practical cases and previous research results, the possibility of space transformation of these three kinds of blast furnace is discussed, and the methods and suggestions of the three kinds of industrial building space reconstruction are put forward. In the last chapter, on the basis of summing up the conclusion of the paper, the deficiency of the research is put forward, and the possible research direction in the future is pointed out.
