【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,城市人口的增長,產(chǎn)生了許多社會問題�，F(xiàn)代城市居民鄰里之間交流非常少,居民的社區(qū)認(rèn)同感十分淡漠。小型社區(qū)圖書館做為一種激活社區(qū)生活的因素,扮演著城市客廳的角色。優(yōu)質(zhì)的社區(qū)圖書館將為市民提供學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會以及交流的場所,從而成為增進(jìn)社區(qū)意識、增強(qiáng)社區(qū)居民歸屬感、引導(dǎo)社區(qū)健康發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。通過對北京社區(qū)大量調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),部分小區(qū)雖然設(shè)立了小型圖書館或圖書室,但規(guī)模小,服務(wù)水平低。與發(fā)達(dá)國家的社區(qū)圖書館進(jìn)行對比發(fā)現(xiàn),社區(qū)圖書館的宣傳普及、規(guī)模設(shè)施、服務(wù)范圍等都有很大的差距。自助圖書借閱機(jī)可謂是一種彌補(bǔ)方式。但是自助圖書機(jī)受外界影響大,圖書種類少,老年人使用不便,并不是一個(gè)普及閱讀的好的方式。在傳統(tǒng)圖書館中,圖書館都是固定的,是靜態(tài)的。它為人們提供了一個(gè)靜態(tài)的借書和閱讀的場所。這就不免受到環(huán)境以及資金政策等各方面的制約。如果將公共藝術(shù)"事件性"的動態(tài)互動和圖書館靜態(tài)功能相結(jié)合,就可以產(chǎn)生出一種具有裝置藝術(shù)性實(shí)驗(yàn)藝術(shù)性的新形式的社區(qū)圖書館。由此引申建立社區(qū)圖書館體系模型,在傳統(tǒng)圖書館體系中,圖書館都是固定的,整個(gè)體系是靜態(tài)的,但是新的體系引入動態(tài)的因素,增強(qiáng)居民的參與閱讀的興趣。移動的圖書站也可以激活社區(qū)中一些僵化的公共空間,在參與閱讀的過程中促進(jìn)居民之間的交流,增強(qiáng)社區(qū)居民的歸屬感。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the growth of urban population, many social problems have arisen. Modern urban residents communicate very little with their neighbors, and their community identity is very indifferent. Small community library, as a factor that activates community life, plays the role of city living room. The high quality community library will provide the study opportunity and the exchange place for the citizen, thus becomes the key to enhance the community consciousness, enhance the sense of belonging of the community residents, guide the healthy development of the community. Through a large number of research on Beijing community, it is found that although small libraries or libraries have been set up in some residential areas, the scale is small and the service level is low. Comparing with the community libraries in developed countries, it is found that there is a big gap among the popularization, scale facilities and service scope of community libraries. Self-help book lending machine is a way to make up for it. But the self-help book machine is not a good way to popularize reading because it is greatly influenced by the outside world, there are few kinds of books and the old people are inconvenient to use. In the traditional library, the library is fixed, is static. It provides a static place for people to borrow books and read. This will inevitably be subject to environmental and financial policies and other aspects of constraints. If the dynamic interaction of public art "eventuality" is combined with the static function of the library, a new form of community library with the artistry of installation experiment can be produced. In the traditional library system, the library is fixed, the whole system is static, but the new system introduces dynamic factors to enhance residents' interest in reading. The mobile library can also activate some rigid public spaces in the community, promote the communication among the residents and enhance the sense of belonging of the community residents in the process of reading.
