太陽能熱水系統(tǒng)在住宅建筑中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前我國能源形勢嚴(yán)峻,環(huán)境污染嚴(yán)重。在隨著現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的進程中,居民建筑能耗越來越高。所以在尋找提高能源效率和綠色能源的技術(shù)上,國內(nèi)外研究學(xué)者在進行不斷的探索。本文以響應(yīng)國家建設(shè)節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型社會號召為目標(biāo),結(jié)合建設(shè)部提出推廣可再生能源在建筑領(lǐng)域的方向,提出了太陽能熱水系統(tǒng)和居民建筑一體化的研究。首先對太陽能熱水系統(tǒng)國內(nèi)外發(fā)展情況進行介紹,并對國內(nèi)外太陽能發(fā)展政策進行介紹,闡述了太陽能的發(fā)展趨勢及政策支持方面。其次對太陽能熱水系統(tǒng)、設(shè)計流程、設(shè)備組成進行分析,提出太陽能熱水系統(tǒng)在居民建筑中的應(yīng)用。并介紹太陽能建筑一體化設(shè)計要求及應(yīng)用形式。最后以春江花月項目為載體,對該系統(tǒng)進行實際應(yīng)用,主要以太陽能熱水系統(tǒng)與居住建筑一體化為基礎(chǔ),通過統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃、設(shè)計、施工,既保證建筑的美觀,又實現(xiàn)節(jié)能的最大化。在節(jié)能性方面,為了最大限度的發(fā)揮太陽能熱水系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能效益,對太陽能熱水系統(tǒng)進行了整體優(yōu)化設(shè)計,提高了太陽能熱水系統(tǒng)使用的舒適度并降低工程造價,從而使太陽能供熱水系統(tǒng)與燃?xì)鉄崴、電熱水器相?具有在相同經(jīng)濟成本的情況下,有更高的舒適度,更好的節(jié)能性,來達到快速推廣太陽能技術(shù)的應(yīng)用的目的。本文最后針對春江花月項目,對該居住建筑進行太陽能供熱水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,以期達到節(jié)能減排的效果。該項目建筑面積77381.03m2,建筑高度:6#樓為58m,其余均為56.65m?倯魯(shù)為495戶。該系統(tǒng)采用了多項創(chuàng)新技術(shù),并通過與電熱水器比較,項目增加的投資成本用1.94年即可收回,該系統(tǒng)運行15年內(nèi)能夠節(jié)省費用303.88萬元,其經(jīng)濟效益顯著。本課題的研究以節(jié)能減排、可再生能源開發(fā)利用為契機,為同類型建筑與太陽能系統(tǒng)一體化設(shè)計研究提供一定的技術(shù)支持和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:At present our country energy situation is grim, the environment pollution is serious. With the process of modernization, the energy consumption of residential buildings is higher and higher. Therefore, in the search for energy efficiency and green energy technology, domestic and foreign researchers are constantly exploring. The aim of this paper is to respond to the call of national construction of energy-saving and environment-friendly society, combined with the direction of promoting renewable energy in the field of construction proposed by the Ministry of Construction, and put forward the research on the integration of solar water heating system and residential buildings. Firstly, the development of solar water heating system at home and abroad is introduced, the development policy of solar energy at home and abroad is introduced, and the development trend and policy support of solar energy are expounded. Secondly, the solar water heating system, design process and equipment composition are analyzed, and the application of solar water heating system in residential buildings is put forward. The design requirements and application form of solar energy building are introduced. Finally, taking the Chunjiang Flower and Moon Project as the carrier, the actual application of the system is mainly based on the integration of solar water heating system and residential building, and through unified planning, design and construction, the beauty of the building is ensured. And to achieve the maximum energy saving. In the aspect of energy saving, in order to maximize the energy-saving benefit of solar water heating system, the overall optimization design of solar water heating system is carried out, which improves the comfort of solar water heating system and reduces the project cost. Therefore, compared with gas water heater and electric water heater, solar water supply system has higher comfort and better energy saving than gas water heater and electric water heater under the same economic cost, in order to quickly popularize the application of solar energy technology. In the end, the solar water supply system of the residential building is designed in order to achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction. The construction area of the project is 77381.03m2, the height of the building is 58m, and the rest is 56.65m. The total number of households is 495. Compared with electric water heater, the investment cost increased by the project can be recovered in 1.94 years. The system can save 3.0388 million yuan in 15 years of operation, and its economic benefit is remarkable. The research of this subject takes energy saving and emission reduction, renewable energy development and utilization as the turning point, and provides certain technical support and reference significance for the same type of building and solar energy system integrated design research.
