基于關(guān)鍵鏈理論的空管大廳工程進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:在項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過(guò)程中,進(jìn)度管理是項(xiàng)目管理三大要素之一,直接影響了項(xiàng)目的成本和質(zhì)量,是項(xiàng)目管理不可或缺的一部分。在空管系統(tǒng)中,項(xiàng)目管理最常使用的是關(guān)鍵路徑法、甘特圖法,通過(guò)制定可靠的工期計(jì)劃,達(dá)到對(duì)工程進(jìn)度的控制,盡可能減少工程建設(shè)中的不確定因素的影響。但是制定項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃后,經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)本可以提前的工序并沒(méi)有的到加速,不確定因素造成工序延誤。這是由于工程的不確定性,以及“帕金森”定律、“學(xué)生綜合癥”的影響,項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)中局部出現(xiàn)拖延現(xiàn)象,導(dǎo)致整個(gè)工程的拖延,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度難以管理。顯然,傳統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理技術(shù)存在著不足。為了解決以上問(wèn)題,本文依托空管大廳工程,對(duì)其進(jìn)度管理模式進(jìn)行分析,尋找比傳統(tǒng)方式更加適合的項(xiàng)目管理技術(shù)—關(guān)鍵鏈法,關(guān)鍵鏈法的優(yōu)勢(shì)在于從項(xiàng)目的全局角度出發(fā),調(diào)配可利用的資源,尋找關(guān)鍵鏈路,縮小項(xiàng)目中每個(gè)工序的工期,并為關(guān)鍵鏈路及非關(guān)鍵鏈路上的工序設(shè)定緩沖區(qū),以提高項(xiàng)目按期完成的概率,提高項(xiàng)目效率,節(jié)約項(xiàng)目成本。本文綜合考慮了工序、資源的情況,提出了設(shè)置緩沖區(qū)的方法,結(jié)合工程實(shí)例,分析解決了工程面臨的實(shí)際工期問(wèn)題,并提出了工程實(shí)際中監(jiān)控項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的有效方法。最后,對(duì)工程的工期進(jìn)行了仿真計(jì)算,驗(yàn)證了方法的適用性。本文的研究將理論與空管工程建設(shè)結(jié)合,為其他項(xiàng)目的工期管理提供了借鑒,具有理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:In the process of project construction, schedule management is one of the three elements of project management, which directly affects the cost and quality of the project and is an indispensable part of project management. In the air traffic control system, the key path method and Gantu method are used most frequently in the project management. By making a reliable schedule plan, the project schedule can be controlled and the influence of uncertain factors in the project construction can be minimized as much as possible. But after making the project plan, it often appears that the process which could have been advanced does not accelerate, and the uncertainty causes the process delay. This is due to the uncertainty of the project, as well as the influence of Parkinson's law and student syndrome, and the phenomenon of partial procrastination in the project team, which results in the delay of the whole project and the difficulty in managing the project progress. Obviously, the traditional project schedule management technology has the insufficiency. In order to solve the above problems, this paper, relying on the air traffic control hall project, analyzes its schedule management mode, and looks for a more suitable project management technology-the key chain method, which is more suitable than the traditional method. The advantage of the key chain method lies in the overall view of the project. Allocation of available resources, finding critical links, reducing the duration of each process in the project, and setting buffers for processes on critical and non-critical links to increase the probability of project completion on schedule and improve project efficiency. Save project cost. In this paper, the working procedure and resources are considered synthetically, and the method of setting buffer zone is put forward. Combining with the engineering example, the problem of actual project duration is analyzed and solved, and the effective method to monitor the project progress in engineering practice is put forward. Finally, the project duration is simulated and the applicability of the method is verified. The research in this paper combines the theory with the construction of ATC project, and provides reference for other projects. It has theoretical and practical significance.
