【摘要】：設計制作了15個部分預制裝配型鋼混凝土梁試件及2個全現(xiàn)澆型鋼混凝土梁試件,并對其進行了靜力試驗,對處于正、負彎矩區(qū)段的部分預制裝配型鋼混凝土梁和采用蜂窩型鋼的部分預制裝配型鋼混凝土梁的受剪性能進行了研究。通過分析試件的破壞過程、箍筋應變、荷載-轉角曲線,對不同參數(shù)下試件的破壞形態(tài)、破壞機理和承載能力進行研究。結合試驗研究結果,對影響預制裝配型鋼混凝土梁受剪性能的主要因素進行了分析。結果表明:部分預制型鋼混凝土梁中預制部分與現(xiàn)澆混凝土能夠很好地共同工作,部分預制梁受剪性能與現(xiàn)澆型鋼混凝土梁無明顯差別。
[Abstract]:Fifteen prefabricated steel reinforced concrete beam specimens and two fully cast-in-situ steel reinforced concrete beam specimens were designed and manufactured. The shear behavior of partially prefabricated SRC beams with negative bending moment and partially prefabricated SRC beams with honeycomb steel is studied. By analyzing the failure process of specimen, stirrups strain, load-rotation curve, the failure mode, failure mechanism and load-bearing capacity of specimens under different parameters are studied. Based on the experimental results, the main factors affecting the shear behavior of precast SRC beams are analyzed. The results show that the prefabricated part and the cast-in-place concrete can work together well, and the shear behavior of some prefabricated beams is not different from that of the cast-in-place steel concrete beams.
