西安某建筑深基坑工程綠色支護(hù)方案評(píng)價(jià)及優(yōu)化

【摘要】:在工程建設(shè)中,基坑支護(hù)因其功能的重要性和設(shè)計(jì)的復(fù)雜性一直是廣大學(xué)者們研究的對(duì)象,在基坑支護(hù)的設(shè)計(jì)、施工和監(jiān)測(cè)過程中需要結(jié)合巖土和結(jié)構(gòu)等專業(yè)知識(shí)來進(jìn)行分析和研究,以在實(shí)現(xiàn)安全適用的同時(shí)從環(huán)保角度出發(fā),探討如何提高基坑支護(hù)的施工效率、降低材料損耗及最大限度地消除對(duì)場(chǎng)地的污染和對(duì)環(huán)境的干擾。即,如何獲得滿足可持續(xù)發(fā)展需要的綠色支護(hù)方案是具有研究價(jià)值的課題。本文闡述了綠色支護(hù)方案的設(shè)計(jì)理論,并在工程常見的基坑支護(hù)方案中,列舉并對(duì)比了多種支護(hù)型式的特點(diǎn)和適用性,指出了預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁作為基坑支護(hù)材料的優(yōu)點(diǎn);诙鄬哟位疑u(píng)價(jià)決策體系建立了基坑支護(hù)方案的優(yōu)選模型,列出了基本的計(jì)算流程和步驟,并給出了計(jì)算各指標(biāo)權(quán)重的方法。通過西安某建筑深基坑的工程實(shí)例,從地層特征和場(chǎng)地條件出發(fā),將基坑支護(hù)材料的力學(xué)性能、施工周期、工程造價(jià)和場(chǎng)地環(huán)境等綜合因素作為設(shè)計(jì)要求,計(jì)算了材料所需的性能和成本,結(jié)合工程實(shí)際需要,進(jìn)而選定灌注樁、PHC管樁和PRC管樁做進(jìn)一步對(duì)比。以多層次灰色評(píng)價(jià)模型為依據(jù),從數(shù)值分析角度給出了最優(yōu)解,即PRC管樁在本工程中為最優(yōu)的綠色支護(hù)方案。最后,對(duì)該深基坑的最優(yōu)支護(hù)方案進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,在荷載較大處采用承載力較大的PRC樁型,在荷載較小處采用承載力較小的PHC樁型。本文將多層次灰色評(píng)價(jià)決策體系應(yīng)用于基坑支護(hù)方案的選擇,基于規(guī)范和相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)構(gòu)建了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,建立了多層次灰色評(píng)價(jià)模型。該方法可從多個(gè)角度綜合評(píng)價(jià)方案的優(yōu)劣,尤其適用于研究如基坑支護(hù)這種多因素共存且相互影響的對(duì)象。經(jīng)過分析,PRC管樁作為基坑支護(hù)材料,能夠在安全適用的基礎(chǔ)上,滿足高效、節(jié)能的要求,是具有工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值的,PRC管樁支護(hù)方案是適于推廣的基坑綠色支護(hù)方案。目前,使用預(yù)制樁作為基坑支護(hù)樁在西安市尚不多見,大多數(shù)工程項(xiàng)目是憑經(jīng)驗(yàn)選用灌注樁+預(yù)應(yīng)力錨索作為基坑支護(hù)方案。本文從基坑支護(hù)的原理出發(fā),對(duì)比預(yù)制樁+預(yù)應(yīng)力錨索方案和灌注樁+預(yù)應(yīng)力錨索方案,從理論計(jì)算、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工的適宜性、施工的便捷性及周期、工程造價(jià)等方面進(jìn)行分析,旨在從綠色支護(hù)方案的理念出發(fā),探索更適合本工程的綠色的基坑支護(hù)方案。本文的研究成果可作為西安市及其他地區(qū)基坑支護(hù)方案選型的參考,具有一定的意義。
[Abstract]:In the construction of engineering, the importance and complexity of the foundation pit support have always been the research object of the vast majority of scholars. In the process of design, construction and monitoring of foundation pit support, it is necessary to combine the specialized knowledge of rock and soil and structure to analyze and study it in order to realize the application of safety and environmental protection. Improving the construction efficiency of the foundation pit support, reducing the material loss and eliminating the pollution to the environment and the disturbance to the environment. That is, how to obtain the green support scheme to meet the needs of sustainable development is a subject of research value. This paper expounds the design theory of the green support scheme and the common foundation pit supporting scheme in the project. The characteristics and applicability of various types of support are enumerated and compared. The advantages of prestressed concrete pipe pile as foundation pit support material are pointed out. Based on the multi-level grey evaluation decision system, the optimization model of foundation pit support scheme is set up, the basic calculation process and steps are listed, and the methods for calculating the weight of each index are given. After the engineering example of a deep foundation pit in Xi'an, starting from the formation characteristics and site conditions, the mechanical properties of the foundation pit supporting materials, the construction period, the construction cost and the site environment are used as the design requirements. The required performance and cost of the material are calculated, and the cast-in-place pile, PHC pipe pile and PRC pipe pile are selected in combination with the actual needs of the project. On the basis of the multi-level grey evaluation model, the optimal solution is given from the angle of numerical analysis, that is, the optimal green support scheme for PRC pipe pile in this project. Finally, the optimal support scheme for the deep foundation pit is optimized, and the PRC pile with larger bearing capacity is adopted in the larger load, and the bearing capacity is adopted at the smaller load. The multi-layer grey evaluation decision system is applied to the selection of the foundation pit support scheme, and the evaluation index system is constructed based on the standard and related literature, and a multi-level grey evaluation model is established. This method can be used to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the scheme from many angles, especially in the study of the multi factors such as foundation pit support. After analysis, PRC pipe pile, as a foundation pit supporting material, can meet the requirements of high efficiency and energy saving on the basis of safety and application. It is of engineering application value. PRC pipe pile supporting scheme is a green supporting scheme suitable for popularization of foundation pit. At present, it is not much to use prefabricated pile as foundation pit supporting pile in Xi'an According to the principle of foundation pit support, this paper contrasts the precast pile + prestressed anchor cable scheme and the cast-in-place pile + prestressed anchor cable scheme, from the theoretical calculation, the site construction suitability, the construction convenience and the period, the project cost and so on. The purpose of this paper is to explore a green foundation pit supporting scheme which is more suitable for this project. The research results of this paper can be used as a reference for the selection of foundation pit support schemes in Xi'an and other areas, and it has certain significance.
