【摘要】：美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設工程是統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)區(qū)域發(fā)展、提升新農村建設水平。美麗鄉(xiāng)村是我國重點扶持、快速發(fā)展的產業(yè)。美麗鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)劃設計是美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設的一個重要組成部分。它在整個美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設的生命周期的作用不可忽視。雖然美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設模式取得一定的成績,但同時也受到多方面的條件限制,例如:美麗鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)劃設計項目進度未能按期交付,導致項目延期,勢必會影響整個建設成本增加,不但影響整體項目的收益,也延緩了整個鄉(xiāng)村建設的進程。本文從美麗鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)劃設計項目和進度管理的理念出發(fā),介紹美麗鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)劃設計進度控制的基本概況和特點,講述美麗鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)劃設計進度控制在項目中的重要性。對美麗鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)劃設計進度管理進行研究,并對項目進度控制進行分析,提出美麗鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)劃設計項目進度控制模式。論文首先討論在美麗鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)劃設計項目中影響進度控制的制約因素,對產生的制約因素進行分析,并提出應對制約因素的對策。然后依據(jù)進度控制理論,在美麗鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)劃設計項目進度控制上建立了進度計劃體系:明確美麗鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)劃設計項目的目標;根據(jù)美麗鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)劃設計項目的特點,運用工作分解方法對整個項目進行分解,通過各活動之間的依賴關系確定各活動先后順序,運用計劃評審技術、類比法和專家估算方法來估算各活動的時間;用計算機軟件繪制出美麗鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)劃設計項目的網(wǎng)絡圖,在網(wǎng)絡圖中確定其關鍵路徑,根據(jù)資源分配情況和各活動開始日期和完成日期,編制科學合理的項目計劃;在項目實施過程中建立進度控制管理機制,對項目進度進行控制。通過制定有效的監(jiān)管措施,保障項目進度的順利實施。本文針對案例河南滎陽五云山規(guī)劃設計項目,運用所提出的美麗鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)劃設計進度計劃體系對五云山案例的進度管理模式進行分析,驗證了基于工作分解法、技術評審技術和關鍵路徑法相結合的進度管理方法,是一個更為有效的科學方法,保證了河南滎陽五云山規(guī)劃設計項目按時完成。
[Abstract]:Beautiful rural construction project is to coordinate urban and rural regional development, improve the level of new rural construction. The beautiful countryside is our country's key support, the fast development industry. The planning and design of beautiful villages is an important part of the construction of beautiful villages. Its role in the life cycle of the whole beautiful rural construction can not be ignored. Although the beautiful rural construction model has made some achievements, it is also restricted by various conditions. For example, the progress of the beautiful rural planning and design project has not been delivered on schedule, resulting in the project being postponed, which will inevitably affect the overall construction cost increase. Not only affected the overall project income, but also delayed the entire process of rural construction. Based on the concept of planning and design project and schedule management of beautiful villages, this paper introduces the basic situation and characteristics of progress control in planning and design of beautiful villages, and describes the importance of schedule control in planning and design of beautiful villages. This paper studies the progress management of beautiful village planning and design, analyzes the project schedule control, and puts forward the project schedule control mode of beautiful village planning and design. At first, the paper discusses the restricting factors that affect the schedule control in the beautiful rural planning and design project, analyzes the restrictive factors, and puts forward the countermeasures to deal with the constraints. Then, according to the progress control theory, the progress planning system is established on the schedule control of the beautiful village planning and design project: defining the goal of the beautiful village planning and design project, according to the characteristics of the beautiful village planning and design project, The work decomposition method is used to decompose the whole project, the order of each activity is determined by the dependence relationship between the activities, and the time of each activity is estimated by using the plan review technology, analogy method and expert estimation method. The computer software is used to draw the network diagram of the beautiful village planning and design project. The key path of the project is determined in the network chart. According to the distribution of resources and the start and completion date of each activity, the scientific and reasonable project plan is worked out. Establish schedule control management mechanism during project implementation to control project schedule. Through the formulation of effective regulatory measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the project progress. Aiming at the planning and design project of Wuyun Mountain in Xingyang, Henan Province, this paper analyzes the schedule management model of Wuyun Mountain case by using the proposed schedule system of planning and design of beautiful villages, and verifies the method based on work decomposition. The schedule management method which combines technical evaluation technology with critical path method is a more effective scientific method and ensures that the planning and design project of Wuyun Mountain in Xingyang City Henan Province is completed on time.
