裝配式集裝箱結(jié)構(gòu)體系優(yōu)化及節(jié)點性能

【摘要】:為建立裝配式集裝箱結(jié)構(gòu)的標準體系并掌握其力學性能,以一個典型的集裝箱建筑方案為基礎(chǔ),以規(guī)范要求為評價指標,對其進行了6種不同結(jié)構(gòu)方案的靜力分析和抗震分析,研究了設(shè)置橫梁立柱、輔助拉桿等構(gòu)造措施對結(jié)構(gòu)性能的影響,結(jié)果表明:該集裝箱建筑體系對風荷載較為敏感,構(gòu)件截面主要由風荷載控制,地震作用不起控制作用,增加局部立柱和橫梁對于提高集裝箱建筑的抗側(cè)移剛度作用不明顯,而設(shè)置側(cè)向拉桿則能有效加強結(jié)構(gòu)抗側(cè)移剛度.最后采用多尺度分析方法對結(jié)構(gòu)所采用的裝配式集裝箱建筑節(jié)點進行了模擬分析,結(jié)果表明該節(jié)點在結(jié)構(gòu)各種工況下均能保持良好的工作狀態(tài),可為類似集裝箱建筑的節(jié)點選用提供技術(shù)參考.
[Abstract]:In order to establish the standard system of the assembled container structure and master its mechanical properties, based on a typical container building scheme and the specification requirements as the evaluation index, the static and seismic analysis of six different structural schemes are carried out. In this paper, the influence of structural measures such as beam column and auxiliary rod on the structure performance is studied. The results show that the container building system is sensitive to wind load, the section of the member is mainly controlled by wind load, but the seismic action is not controlled. Adding local columns and beams to improve the lateral stiffness of container buildings is not obvious, but the lateral tension bar can effectively strengthen the anti-lateral stiffness of the structure. Finally, the multi-scale analysis method is used to simulate the structure of the assembled container building node. The results show that the node can maintain a good working state under various conditions of the structure. It can provide technical reference for node selection of similar container building.
