環(huán)形內(nèi)支撐深基坑開(kāi)挖引起的變形及對(duì)既有建筑物影響研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著城市的快速發(fā)展,出現(xiàn)了大量的深基坑工程。在城市土地的大量開(kāi)發(fā)利用過(guò)程中,基坑工程往往出現(xiàn)在工程環(huán)境較復(fù)雜的區(qū)域。由于工程環(huán)境對(duì)變形有著嚴(yán)格的要求,故有必要開(kāi)展基坑開(kāi)挖引起的變形特性研究。本文以信和2B期項(xiàng)目為工程背景,對(duì)環(huán)形內(nèi)支撐深基坑開(kāi)挖引起的變形及對(duì)既有建筑物影響進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究,主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和成果如下:(1)對(duì)環(huán)形內(nèi)支撐基坑開(kāi)挖引起的圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)水平變形特性、周?chē)乇碜冃翁匦砸约肮こ讨苓吔ㄖ镒冃翁匦哉归_(kāi)研究。在三道環(huán)形內(nèi)支撐作用下,圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)水平變形形態(tài)呈拋物線(xiàn)型,周?chē)乇沓两敌螒B(tài)主要呈凹槽型;周邊建筑物沉降表現(xiàn)為不均勻沉降,其水平側(cè)移朝著基坑方向發(fā)展。(2)對(duì)環(huán)形內(nèi)支撐基坑開(kāi)挖引起的周?chē)翆游灰铺匦哉归_(kāi)研究;娱_(kāi)挖對(duì)周?chē)翆拥挠绊懛秶S深度呈三角形分布形式,影響范圍在地表最大,隨著深度的增加漸漸減小,在圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的底部影響范圍趨于0。(3)研究環(huán)形內(nèi)支撐結(jié)構(gòu)支撐位置對(duì)圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)水平變形特性、周?chē)乇碜冃翁匦砸约肮こ讨苓吔ㄖ镒冃翁匦缘挠绊。第一道環(huán)形內(nèi)支撐靠近地表,圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)頂端位移變小,靠近基坑邊緣的地表沉降變小,臨近的建筑物變形變小。(4)從建筑物位置以及基礎(chǔ)埋深方面研究基坑開(kāi)挖引起的臨近建筑物的變形。對(duì)于臨近既有建筑的基坑工程,當(dāng)既有建筑基礎(chǔ)底部與基坑底部的高差和既有建筑與基坑距離的比值(即△H/d)滿(mǎn)足一定條件時(shí),可認(rèn)為基坑開(kāi)挖不會(huì)影響臨近的建筑物,對(duì)類(lèi)似本文所研究的基坑工程,△H/d小于0.4~0.6時(shí),可認(rèn)為基坑開(kāi)挖不會(huì)影響臨近的建筑物。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of cities, a large number of deep foundation pit projects have emerged.In the process of extensive development and utilization of urban land, foundation pit works often appear in areas where the engineering environment is more complex.Because the engineering environment has strict requirements for deformation, it is necessary to study the deformation characteristics caused by excavation of foundation pit.In this paper, based on Xinhe 2B project, the deformation caused by deep foundation pit excavation with annular bracing and its influence on existing buildings are studied.The main research contents and results are as follows: (1) the horizontal deformation characteristics of the retaining structure, the surrounding surface deformation characteristics and the deformation characteristics of the surrounding buildings caused by the excavation of the ring-supported foundation pit are studied.Under the action of three annular inner supports, the horizontal deformation of the envelope structure is parabolic, the surface settlement around it is mainly concave, and the settlement of the surrounding buildings is uneven settlement.The displacement characteristics of surrounding soil layer caused by the excavation of annular inner braced foundation pit are studied.The influence range of foundation pit excavation on the surrounding soil layer is triangular distribution with depth, the influence range is the largest in the surface, and gradually decreases with the increase of depth.The influence of bracing position on the horizontal deformation characteristics, the surrounding surface deformation characteristics and the deformation characteristics of the surrounding buildings is studied.The first ring of inner support is near the surface, and the top displacement of the enclosure becomes smaller, and the surface settlement near the edge of the foundation pit becomes smaller.The deformation of adjacent buildings caused by excavation of foundation pit is studied in terms of the location of the building and the depth of the foundation.When the height difference between the base of the existing building and the bottom of the foundation pit and the ratio of the existing building to the foundation pit (that is, H / d) satisfy certain conditions, it can be considered that the excavation of the foundation pit will not affect the adjacent building.For foundation pit engineering similar to the one studied in this paper, when H / D is less than 0.4 ~ 0. 6, it can be considered that the excavation of foundation pit will not affect the adjacent buildings.
