【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,我國越來越重視人才的培養(yǎng),近年來大學城不斷興建,對其理論實踐研究也不斷深入,形成了若干個具有示范意義的大學城。也有一些受歷史不斷變遷或政策導向的影響,高校逐漸集聚,形成了一定規(guī)模的大學聚集區(qū),這些大學聚集區(qū)并未經(jīng)過統(tǒng)一建設或制定相關專項規(guī)劃,而是同周圍環(huán)境一起進行著更新改造。聚集區(qū)內承擔著社會功能以及高校師生生活服務的綜合職能。對于這一類的聚集區(qū),不應統(tǒng)括為自空白而建的大學城模式進行研究,而是因針對其歷史成因,有的放矢的進行側重歸納分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,優(yōu)化調整解決問題。本文以甘肅省蘭州市安寧大學聚集區(qū)為研究對象,基于空間句法的理論基礎,利用量化的研究手段對大學聚集區(qū)內商業(yè)公共空間進行研究分析。研究范圍內,商業(yè)公共空間形成可歸納為兩類:一種是社會歷史背景的沉淀,人流不斷匯集且流向具有一定的規(guī)律性而自發(fā)形成的商業(yè)空間。另一種應經(jīng)濟發(fā)展背景,在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展穩(wěn)定區(qū)域規(guī)劃性建設商業(yè)空間。對于這兩類商業(yè)公共空間的研究,對比分析差異,找出各自存在的問題,對安寧區(qū)大學聚集區(qū)內商業(yè)公共空間進行格局優(yōu)化調整,提高空間有機聯(lián)系及整個商業(yè)公共空間的可達便捷能力,改善大學聚集區(qū)內商業(yè)消費環(huán)境,滿足消費需求,提升商業(yè)空間活力。為以后的相關研究提供一定的借鑒價值。本次論文研究的亮點是通過空間句法這一手段,把一些不可具體言明的空間情況通過量化的數(shù)據(jù)方式進行闡述,直觀反映空間聯(lián)系程度。從空間特征、結構以及商業(yè)業(yè)態(tài)布局入手多層級剖析商業(yè)公共空間,多角度分析空間的內在規(guī)律,盡可能全面的發(fā)現(xiàn)問題。最后從微觀研究范圍內考慮升華到宏觀城市角度提出優(yōu)化建議和相應的解決策略。論文寫作一共分為六章進行分析研究論述,第一章為緒論,主要介紹論文研究背景、目的意義、明確研究范圍以及對空間句法簡單闡述和整理研究思路。第二章主要介紹研究對象的基本內容以及通過調查問卷的方法,明確現(xiàn)存主要問題。第三、四、五章為論文的主體部分,利用空間句法手段論述安寧大學聚集區(qū)商業(yè)公共空間以及進行相關研究。其中包括第五章對商業(yè)業(yè)態(tài)的整理分析。第六章為本文論的總結升華部分。通過前期的論文分析研究,對現(xiàn)存問題提出相對的解決辦法以及優(yōu)化空間格局,完善安寧大學聚集區(qū)商業(yè)公共空間格局體系,力求提升空間可持續(xù)和諧發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, more and more attention has been paid to the cultivation of talents in our country. In recent years, the university town has been built constantly, and the theoretical and practical research on it has been deepened, which has formed a number of university towns with demonstration significance.There are also some universities that have been influenced by historical changes or policies, and universities have gradually gathered and formed a certain scale of university agglomeration areas. These university gathering areas have not been unified through the construction or the formulation of relevant special plans.But with the surrounding environment along with the renovation.The gathering area undertakes the social function as well as the comprehensive function of the life service of teachers and students in colleges and universities.For this kind of gathering area, it should not be included in the study of the model of university town built from blank space, but because of its historical causes, focusing on inductive analysis, finding problems, optimizing adjustment and solving problems.Based on the theoretical basis of spatial syntax, this paper analyzes the commercial public space in the university gathering area by means of quantitative research means, taking the Anning University gathering area of Lanzhou City, Gansu Province as the research object, and based on the theoretical basis of spatial syntax, this paper studies and analyzes the commercial public space in the university gathering area.Within the scope of study, the formation of commercial public space can be divided into two categories: one is the precipitation of social and historical background, the flow of people constantly converges and flows to the commercial space which has certain regularity and spontaneous formation.Another kind should economic development background, in the economic development stability region planning construction commercial space.For the study of these two kinds of commercial public space, compare and analyze the differences, find out the respective problems, and optimize the pattern of the commercial public space in the university gathering area of Anning District.Improve the space organic connection and the whole commercial public space can reach convenient ability, improve the commercial consumption environment in the university gathering area, meet the consumption demand, enhance the commercial space vitality.To provide certain reference value for the related research in the future.The bright spot of this paper is that through the means of spatial syntax, some unspecific spatial conditions are explained through quantitative data, which can directly reflect the degree of spatial connection.Starting with the spatial characteristics, structure and layout of commercial business, this paper analyzes the commercial public space at different levels, analyzes the internal laws of space from various angles, and finds out the problems as comprehensively as possible.Finally, from the view of sublimation to macro-city, the optimization suggestions and corresponding solutions are put forward.The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research background, the significance of the purpose, the clear research scope and the simple elaboration and arrangement of the spatial syntax.The second chapter mainly introduces the basic contents of the research object and the method of questionnaire to clarify the existing main problems.The third, fourth and fifth chapters are the main part of the thesis, which discusses the commercial public space in the gathering area of Anning University by the means of space syntax and carries on the related research.Including the fifth chapter of the business of the collation and analysis.The sixth chapter is the summary and sublimation part of this literary theory.Through the previous paper analysis and research, the paper puts forward the relative solution to the existing problems and optimize the spatial pattern, perfect the commercial public space pattern system in the gathering area of Anning University, and strive to promote the sustainable and harmonious development of the space.
