基于全生命周期的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目過程質(zhì)量控制研究

【摘要】:新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目作為企業(yè)提高核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵因素,具有高投入、高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性,對(duì)質(zhì)量的控制有嚴(yán)格要求的特點(diǎn),要求管理者既能夠統(tǒng)籌全局,又能夠結(jié)合項(xiàng)目各個(gè)階段的特點(diǎn)精確控制。因此,如何保證新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目過程質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定性與高效性是困擾項(xiàng)目管理人員的一大難題。目前對(duì)新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量控制更多采用傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目管理模式,更多關(guān)注產(chǎn)品本身質(zhì)量,對(duì)項(xiàng)目過程質(zhì)量關(guān)注遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠;诖,本文以項(xiàng)目全生命周期為軸線,以過程為角度,結(jié)合新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目任務(wù)活動(dòng)的動(dòng)態(tài)性、迭代性,建立項(xiàng)目過程系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,并結(jié)合實(shí)際項(xiàng)目實(shí)施中過程質(zhì)量控制的特點(diǎn),以門徑理論和成熟度模型為基礎(chǔ)建立新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目過程質(zhì)量控制體系。首先,結(jié)合對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理發(fā)展歷程和國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)項(xiàng)目過程質(zhì)量控制研究,以及項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量評(píng)審的相關(guān)綜述,指出對(duì)新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目過程質(zhì)量控制的重要性及必要性。同時(shí),結(jié)合系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)、門徑理論、成熟度理論,為下文分析項(xiàng)目過程質(zhì)量控制奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。其次,根據(jù)新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目過程劃分,利用開發(fā)項(xiàng)目過程中任務(wù)迭代關(guān)系,分析項(xiàng)目過程進(jìn)度控制、質(zhì)量的控制、資源約束,建立新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目過程質(zhì)量系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,動(dòng)態(tài)分析項(xiàng)目過程。再次,在實(shí)際的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目中,利用門徑理論進(jìn)行過程控制與評(píng)審,根據(jù)項(xiàng)目過程流程,合理使用過程質(zhì)量控制工具對(duì)項(xiàng)目過程進(jìn)行監(jiān)控,評(píng)審?fù)ㄟ^的任務(wù)才可進(jìn)入下一階段。另外,根據(jù)新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目過程,建立過程控制能力評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),利用能力成熟度模型對(duì)項(xiàng)目過程控制力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),促進(jìn)新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目過程質(zhì)量的不斷提高和改善。最后,結(jié)合重大科學(xué)儀器項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)為實(shí)證研究,分析在動(dòng)態(tài)過程控制中理想情況下、項(xiàng)目周期縮短情況下、項(xiàng)目過程評(píng)審下降的情況下,可能對(duì)項(xiàng)目過程質(zhì)量的影響,并利用門徑理論、成熟度模型進(jìn)行過程質(zhì)量控制與評(píng)價(jià)。與傳統(tǒng)的過程質(zhì)量控制方法相比,該方法能夠根據(jù)項(xiàng)目具體的要求動(dòng)態(tài)分析,整體調(diào)控,具有明顯優(yōu)勢(shì),減少項(xiàng)目過程中的質(zhì)量問題,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:As a key factor to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, new product development projects have the characteristics of high investment, high risk, strict requirements for quality control, and require managers to be able to coordinate the overall situation.And can be combined with the characteristics of each stage of the project accurate control.Therefore, how to ensure the quality stability and efficiency of new product development project is a difficult problem for project managers.At present, the quality control of new product development projects more adopts the traditional project management mode, pays more attention to the quality of the product itself, and is far from paying enough attention to the quality of the project process.Based on this, this paper takes the whole life cycle of the project as the axis, takes the process as the angle, combines the dynamic and iterative nature of the task activities of the new product development project, and establishes the dynamic model of the project process system.Combined with the characteristics of process quality control in practical project implementation, the process quality control system of new product development project is established on the basis of door diameter theory and maturity model.Firstly, the importance and necessity of project process quality control for new product development are pointed out by combining with the development history of project quality management, the research on project process quality control at home and abroad, and the relevant summary of project quality review.At the same time, combined with system dynamics, door theory and maturity theory, it lays a solid foundation for the following analysis of project process quality control.Secondly, according to the new product development project process division, using the task iteration relation in the development project process, analyzes the project process progress control, the quality control, the resource constraint, establishes the new product development project process quality system dynamics model.Dynamic analysis of project process.Thirdly, in the actual new product development project, the door path theory is used to control and evaluate the process. According to the project process flow, the process quality control tools are used reasonably to monitor the project process.It is only when the tasks passed are reviewed that they can move to the next stage.In addition, according to the process of new product development project, the evaluation standard of process control ability is established, and the capability maturity model is used to evaluate the process control ability of the project, so as to promote the continuous improvement and improvement of the process quality of the new product development project.Finally, combined with the development of major scientific instrument projects as an empirical study, this paper analyzes the possible impact on the quality of the project process under the ideal conditions of dynamic process control, the shortening of project cycle and the decline of project process review.The process quality control and evaluation are carried out by using door diameter theory and maturity model.Compared with the traditional process quality control method, this method can be dynamically analyzed according to the specific requirements of the project, and has obvious advantages, reducing the quality problems in the process of the project and improving the product quality.
