【摘要】：依據(jù)現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)對(duì)人體生理機(jī)能衰老的情況,我國(guó)將60歲以上人群劃分為老年人,老年化人口在我國(guó)人口總數(shù)中比例正在逐漸增大,據(jù)民政部預(yù)計(jì),到2016年底,我國(guó)65歲以上老齡人口將達(dá)到2.16億,約占總?cè)丝诘?6.7%。老有所依,老有所養(yǎng),我國(guó)國(guó)情決定了未來(lái)養(yǎng)老方式中社會(huì)養(yǎng)老的比例會(huì)顯著攀升,老年公寓設(shè)計(jì)研究,為老年人提供一個(gè)舒適宜居的居住環(huán)境就成為了我們的首要考慮事項(xiàng)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外老年公寓相關(guān)研究歸納總結(jié)出老年公寓的核心問(wèn)題——宜居性。認(rèn)為老年公寓室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)圍繞提高老人晚年生命質(zhì)量而進(jìn)行的設(shè)計(jì)研究,應(yīng)以老齡化人口身心需求為要義,從安全性和舒適性為主,無(wú)障礙設(shè)計(jì)為基礎(chǔ),并結(jié)合實(shí)際案例經(jīng)驗(yàn)而總結(jié)的設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)策。當(dāng)今國(guó)內(nèi)的現(xiàn)狀是老年機(jī)構(gòu)存在數(shù)量上不足夠、質(zhì)量上呈極端化趨勢(shì):老舊硬件設(shè)施跟不上新的需求;高檔型老年公寓的開(kāi)發(fā)和設(shè)計(jì)一味追求設(shè)施的高檔豪華或者規(guī)模宏大,有陷入“高端化”誤區(qū)的趨勢(shì),高端不等于宜居。現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)多是從無(wú)障礙設(shè)計(jì)和人機(jī)工程學(xué)角度出發(fā),而缺乏從宜居性角度出發(fā),老年公寓的設(shè)計(jì)還存在許多潛在的上升空間。本文主要從室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)角度出發(fā),首先對(duì)比國(guó)內(nèi)外老年公寓相關(guān)現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)情,總結(jié)國(guó)外經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)宜居性設(shè)計(jì)的啟示;其次以安全性原則出發(fā),調(diào)查現(xiàn)階段室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)中存在的對(duì)老年人的安全隱患,總結(jié)出老年公寓各空間及豎向、水平交通的安全性設(shè)計(jì);其次遵循以人為本的舒適性原則,調(diào)查研究老人的居住需求以荊州市老人為例,從氛圍打造、空間合理利用及室內(nèi)微氣候設(shè)計(jì)方面入手總結(jié);最后遵從舒適性和安全性原則,展開(kāi)宜居性設(shè)計(jì)的具體實(shí)施對(duì)策。設(shè)計(jì)是提高養(yǎng)老設(shè)施建設(shè)整體質(zhì)量水平的關(guān)鍵,希望本文能對(duì)未來(lái)老年公寓設(shè)計(jì)起到拋磚引玉的作用。
[Abstract]:According to the aging of human physiological function in modern medicine, the population over 60 years old is divided into elderly people in our country. The proportion of aging population in the total population of our country is gradually increasing. According to the forecast of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, by the end of 2016,China's 65-year-old population will reach 216 million, about 16.7 percent of the total population.The proportion of social old-age in the future pension mode will rise significantly in the national conditions of our country. The study on the design of apartment for the elderly has become our primary consideration to provide a comfortable and livable living environment for the elderly.This paper sums up the core problem of the apartment for the elderly-livability through the research on the apartment for the aged at home and abroad.It is believed that the interior design of the old apartment should focus on improving the quality of life of the elderly in their old age, and should be based on the physical and mental needs of the aging population, the safety and comfort of the elderly, and the barrier-free design.And combined with the actual case experience and summarized the design countermeasures.The current situation in China is that the number of institutions for the elderly is not sufficient and the quality is at an extreme trend: the old hardware facilities cannot keep up with the new demand; the development and design of high-grade old apartments for the elderly only pursues the luxury or scale of the facilities.There is a tendency to fall into the "high-end" misunderstanding, high-end is not equal to liveable.Most of the existing literatures are based on barrier-free design and ergonomics, but lack of livability. There are still many potential rising spaces in the design of apartment for the elderly.This article mainly from the interior design angle, first contrasts the domestic and foreign old age apartment correlation present situation, unifies our country national condition, summarizes the foreign experience to the livable design enlightenment; secondly, starts from the safety principle,Investigate the hidden danger to the elderly in the interior design at the present stage, summarize the safety design of each space and vertical, horizontal traffic of the apartment for the elderly; secondly, follow the principle of comfort based on human being,Investigation and study of the living needs of the elderly in Jingzhou City as an example, from the atmosphere building, reasonable use of space and indoor microclimate design aspects of summary; finally, comply with the comfort and safety principles, launched the specific implementation of livable design countermeasures.Design is the key to improve the overall quality of old-age facilities construction, I hope this article can play a role in the future of the elderly apartment design.
