三維協(xié)同設(shè)計與管理工作流程研究

【摘要】:近年來隨著計算機、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、通信等技術(shù)的發(fā)展,信息技術(shù)在工程建設(shè)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展突飛猛進,其中以BIM為代表的新興信息技術(shù)成為前述各類信息的集大成者。BIM模型以信息數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),利用數(shù)字虛擬仿真技術(shù)模擬建筑物的真實信息,為項目參與方提供一個高效的協(xié)同工作平臺,有利于加快建設(shè)進度和提高工程建造質(zhì)量;目前,國內(nèi)越來越多的企業(yè)認識到BIM的巨大價值,紛紛引入相關(guān)的BIM軟件,然而僅僅單純引入BIM軟件是無法實現(xiàn)這些價值的,在原有的流程中應(yīng)用新的技術(shù)可能是無效的,甚至?xí)霈F(xiàn)反作用。因此,推動BIM技術(shù)持續(xù)深入的發(fā)展與應(yīng)用,迫切需要研究與之配套的BIM實施環(huán)境與實施策略,開展制定與之相適應(yīng)的三維協(xié)同設(shè)計與管理工作流程。IPD模式相對于傳統(tǒng)交易模式具有很大優(yōu)勢,項目各參與方以簽訂的多方關(guān)系合同為基礎(chǔ),組建跨職能的項目團隊,通過制定合理的成本和利益分配策略,共擔風險和利潤。在該模式下不同項目參建方之間可以實現(xiàn)信息交流與共享,大幅提升設(shè)計與建造的信息整合與集成度。BIM為IPD項目集成交付模式下的不同參與方之間的協(xié)同設(shè)計與管理工作提供技術(shù)支撐,IPD項目集成交付模式為BIM技術(shù)的實施提供外部環(huán)境保障,BIM技術(shù)與三維協(xié)同互相依賴,密不可分。IPD、BIM、三維協(xié)同三者之間相輔相成,互相促進。因此,IPD模式下以BIM技術(shù)為支撐的三維協(xié)同設(shè)計與管理工作流程是未來發(fā)展的必然趨勢。本論文依據(jù)清華大學(xué)BIM課題組提出的CBIMS標準體系結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)合現(xiàn)代項目管理理論,詳細分析了CBIMS的原則和方法、技術(shù)標準、實施標準,制訂了三維協(xié)同設(shè)計與管理流程的整體實施規(guī)劃;對團隊組織架構(gòu)建構(gòu)、模型質(zhì)量控制和細度等級要求、軟件平臺的選用提出了具體的建議;建立起三維協(xié)同設(shè)計與管理總體流程與詳細流程的標準,依據(jù)該標準制定出三維協(xié)同設(shè)計與管理模式下的總體流框架圖與詳細流程框架圖,最后通過研究與分析實際案例,歸納與總結(jié)出傳統(tǒng)工作模式下出現(xiàn)的一些常見問題。采用IPD模式下以BIM技術(shù)為支撐的三位協(xié)同設(shè)計與管理工作流程,通過模擬仿真解決了實際設(shè)計與建造過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,進一步凸顯了IPD模式下三維協(xié)同設(shè)計與管理工作流程的優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of computer, network and communication technology, the development of information technology in the field of engineering construction by leaps and bounds, the emerging information technology represented by BIM become the master of the various types of information into the.BIM model to the information data base, using digital virtual simulation technology to simulate the real information of the building, to provide a collaborative the working platform for efficient project participants, helps to speed up the construction progress and improve the construction quality; at present, more and more domestic enterprises have realized the great value of BIM, have introduced the related BIM software, however, only the introduction of BIM software is unable to realize these values, the application of new technologies may be ineffective in the original in the process, there may even be counterproductive. Therefore, to promote the development and application of BIM technology to continue further, an urgent need to study with the support of the implementation of BIM environment and Shi Celve, to carry out development and adapt to the 3D collaborative design and management process of.IPD mode with respect to the traditional transaction model has the great advantage of project participants to sign a multi relational contract as the basis, the formation of the cross functional project team, the cost and benefit allocation strategy and reasonable sharing of risks and profits in this mode. To achieve information exchange and sharing between different parties participating in the construction project, greatly enhance the information integration of design and construction and integration of the.BIM IPD integrated project delivery and management of collaborative design mode between different participants to provide technical support, provide the external environment for the implementation of IPD project delivery model for integrated BIM technology, BIM technology with 3D collaborative interdependence, close.IPD, BIM, 3D collaborative between the three complement each other, and promote each other. Therefore, the IPD mode based on BIM Technology For the support of the 3D collaborative design and work flow management is the inevitable trend of future development. CBIMS Standard Architecture Based on the BIM of the Tsinghua University research group of this paper, combining the theory of modern project management, a detailed analysis of the principles and methods of CBIMS, technical standards, implementation of standards, developed a 3D collaborative design and management of the overall implementation process planning; construction of team organization, quality control model and fineness grade requirements, selection of software and put forward the concrete suggestion; establish a standard 3D collaborative design and management of overall process and detailed process, according to the criteria set out the overall framework of 3D collaborative flow and detailed flow chart design and management mode. Finally, through the research and analysis of the actual case, this paper sums up some common problems of the traditional work mode. The IPD mode based on BIM Technology The supporting three bit collaborative design and management workflow solves the problems in the actual design and construction process through simulation, and further highlights the advantages of 3D collaborative design and management workflow under IPD mode.
