大行程筒式鉛剪切阻尼器性能的有限元模擬與試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:提出了一種大行程筒式鉛剪切阻尼器,闡述了其基本構(gòu)造及耗能原理。使用ABAQUS建立該阻尼器的實(shí)體模型,模擬其滯回特性,分析了阻尼器的四個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)對(duì)其耗能性能的影響,為設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。通過低周往復(fù)荷載試驗(yàn),研究該阻尼器的滯回耗能性能。有限元分析和性能試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該阻尼器的阻尼力與鉛槽長(zhǎng)度、軸徑成線性關(guān)系,鉛槽長(zhǎng)度和軸徑可作為阻尼器設(shè)計(jì)中提高阻尼力的穩(wěn)定參數(shù);鉛槽厚度對(duì)阻尼器的擠壓作用影響大,摩擦段長(zhǎng)度對(duì)阻尼力中的摩擦力影響大,為提供穩(wěn)定的阻尼力,在阻尼器的設(shè)計(jì)中,鉛槽厚度與鉛槽長(zhǎng)度比值應(yīng)小于0.25,摩擦段長(zhǎng)度取阻尼器行程;阻尼器耗能能力較好,耗能性能穩(wěn)定,能夠滿足結(jié)構(gòu)耗能減震要求。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a large stroke cylinder type lead shear damper is proposed, and its basic structure and energy dissipation principle are expounded. The solid model of the damper is established by using ABAQUS, its hysteretic characteristics are simulated, and the influence of four design parameters of the damper on its energy dissipation performance is analyzed. The hysteretic energy dissipation performance of the damper is studied by low-cycle reciprocating load test. The results of finite element analysis and performance test show that the damping force of the damper is linearly related to the length and axis diameter of lead tank. The length and axis diameter of lead tank can be used as stability parameters to increase damping force in damper design, the thickness of lead tank has great influence on the extrusion of damper, and the length of friction section has great influence on friction force in damping force, so as to provide stable damping force. In the design of damper, the ratio of lead tank thickness to lead tank length should be less than 0.25, and the length of friction section should be taken as damper stroke.
