【摘要】：建筑設(shè)計(jì)是工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的初始階段,也是重要階段。建筑設(shè)計(jì)在某種意義上講可以稱得上是藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作與科學(xué)技術(shù)的結(jié)合體。近年來(lái),隨著中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)、國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)及公共建筑領(lǐng)域投資規(guī)模擴(kuò)大,我國(guó)建筑設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)迅速發(fā)展起來(lái)。無(wú)論從隊(duì)伍數(shù)量、經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模、管理水平,還是經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,均得到了較快發(fā)展。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,建筑設(shè)計(jì)已經(jīng)逐步走向了國(guó)際化。國(guó)內(nèi)外的設(shè)計(jì)所、私人、國(guó)家的設(shè)計(jì)院層出不窮,形成了一個(gè)多元化的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)勢(shì)態(tài)。建筑設(shè)計(jì)的質(zhì)量控制的好壞,將直接影響工程質(zhì)量,并對(duì)工程造價(jià)有著相當(dāng)重要的影響。建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)的不斷增多,使某些企業(yè)為了爭(zhēng)奪市場(chǎng)份額、縮短設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目時(shí)間、賺取更大的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益,往往不注重對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的控制。同一類型的設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目套用以前的設(shè)計(jì)思想。雖然達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)程的要求,但最終導(dǎo)致設(shè)計(jì)成品千篇一律。從而在設(shè)計(jì)市場(chǎng)失去競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,面臨倒閉的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。由此可見,設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量控制,值得每一個(gè)建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)高度重視和認(rèn)真執(zhí)行。在科技發(fā)展的今天,城市化的建設(shè)也是我們經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要組成部分,建筑工程的加速建設(shè)也是當(dāng)今社會(huì)一個(gè)重要的方面。與此同時(shí),建筑工程各方面的質(zhì)量與成本的控制也相應(yīng)的提上了議題。從根本上來(lái)說(shuō),建筑工程的設(shè)計(jì)是所有工程的源頭,初期設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量的控制才能保證大的方向的把控。不管是什么工程性質(zhì)的項(xiàng)目,小到城鄉(xiāng)改造,大到城市綜合體甚至上百米的超高層,工程質(zhì)量后期的好壞很大程度上取決于前期設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量的深度與準(zhǔn)確性。所以,加大對(duì)工程設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量的控制,不僅是責(zé)任,更是保障人民生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全的義務(wù)。本文運(yùn)用工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理理論,深度分析了三河市救助站建筑設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制問(wèn)題。第一,闡述了建筑設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制含義、建筑設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制方式和建筑設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制評(píng)價(jià)。分析對(duì)比了國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展的模式與制度,指出國(guó)內(nèi)管理的重點(diǎn)側(cè)重于程序的管理,國(guó)外的管理更加偏向于目標(biāo)管理。第二,研究了三河市救助站建筑設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的依據(jù)與方法;分析了三河市救助站建筑設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制內(nèi)容,即項(xiàng)目初始階段質(zhì)量控制、項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程質(zhì)量控制和項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)后期質(zhì)量控制;提出了三河市救助站建筑設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的措施,即強(qiáng)化設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理和完善設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Architectural design is the initial and important stage of the construction of engineering projects. In a sense, architectural design can be said to be a combination of art creation and science and technology. In recent years, with the development of urbanization in China, With the sustained and steady growth of the national economy and the expansion of the scale of investment in the field of public construction, the architectural design industry in China has developed rapidly. Whether from the number of teams, the scale of operation, the level of management, or the economic benefits, With the development of our country's economy, architectural design has been gradually internationalized. Domestic and foreign design institutes, private and national design institutes have emerged one after another. The quality control of architectural design will directly affect the quality of the project and have a very important impact on the project cost. To enable some enterprises to compete for market share, shorten the design project time, and earn greater economic benefits, Often do not pay attention to the quality of the design project control. The same type of design projects apply the previous design ideas. Although met the design specifications, standards and regulations requirements, But it eventually leads to the same design products. So it loses its competitiveness in the design market and faces the risk of closing down. Thus, the quality control of the design project can be seen. Every architectural design enterprise should attach great importance to it and carry it out seriously. Today, with the development of science and technology, the construction of urbanization is also an important part of our economic development. The acceleration of construction is also an important aspect of the society today. At the same time, the quality and cost control of all aspects of construction projects are also raised to the issue. Fundamentally speaking, the design of construction projects is the source of all projects. The quality control of the initial design can guarantee the control of the large direction. No matter what kind of project is of engineering nature, it may range from urban and rural transformation to urban complex or even hundreds of meters of super high buildings. The later stage of engineering quality depends to a great extent on the depth and accuracy of the early design quality. Therefore, it is not only the responsibility to increase the control of the engineering design quality, It is also the duty to ensure the safety of people's life and property. This paper, by using the theory of project quality management, deeply analyzes the quality control problem of the architectural design project of Sanhe city rescue station. First, the meaning of quality control of architectural design project is expounded. The mode of quality control of architectural design project and the evaluation of quality control of architectural design project are analyzed and compared, and the mode and system of development at home and abroad are analyzed and compared, and the emphasis of domestic management is put on the management of program. Foreign management is more inclined to target management. Second, the paper studies the basis and method of quality control of architectural design project in Sanhe city, and analyzes the content of quality control of architectural design project in Sanhe city. That is, quality control in the initial stage of the project, quality control in the process of the project design and quality control in the later stage of the project design, and the measures for the quality control of the architectural design project of the Sanhe Rescue Station are put forward. Namely strengthens the design project quality management and consummates the design project quality service.
