【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,旅游業(yè)已經(jīng)成為許多國(guó)家和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),越來(lái)越多的地區(qū)和小城鎮(zhèn)開始利用當(dāng)?shù)氐臍v史文物古跡及歷史街區(qū)發(fā)展旅游業(yè)。本文希望通過(guò)對(duì)吉林省農(nóng)安遼塔周邊這一特定地段的研究,從中探討如何在保護(hù)利用歷史文物古跡的情況下對(duì)其周邊地段進(jìn)行改造更新以推動(dòng)文化旅游的發(fā)展,如何協(xié)調(diào)解決旅游業(yè)發(fā)展與歷史文物古跡及舊有建筑保護(hù)更新之間的矛盾問(wèn)題,以期對(duì)相關(guān)地段及其它地區(qū)的旅游開發(fā)和改造更新工作從規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)到建筑改造提供建設(shè)與借鑒作用。本文主要包括四個(gè)章節(jié):第一章,緒論。通過(guò)對(duì)本文研究的緣起、目的和意義、對(duì)象與相關(guān)概念的介紹,并綜合分析國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于文物古跡周邊地段保護(hù)和小城鎮(zhèn)文化旅游開發(fā)的研究現(xiàn)狀,確定論文研究的內(nèi)容、方法和基本框架。第二章,小城鎮(zhèn)文化旅游相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)研究。研究我國(guó)影響小城鎮(zhèn)旅游發(fā)展的幾種模式,分析文化旅游的特征和文化旅游開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)中的常見問(wèn)題,從國(guó)內(nèi)外經(jīng)典案例中總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。第三章,農(nóng)安遼塔周邊地段現(xiàn)狀問(wèn)題分析與改造更新設(shè)計(jì)方法。此章為本文的核心內(nèi)容,詳細(xì)對(duì)農(nóng)安遼塔周邊地段的的建筑風(fēng)貌、街道空間形態(tài)、交通體系、配套設(shè)施等現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,提出目前阻礙旅游業(yè)發(fā)展所存在的問(wèn)題,總結(jié)改造更新的設(shè)計(jì)范圍和原則,最后提出改造更新設(shè)計(jì)的具體方法。第四章,農(nóng)安遼塔周邊地段改造更新設(shè)計(jì)方案。根據(jù)前文總結(jié)的設(shè)計(jì)方法,提出具體的改造更新設(shè)計(jì)方案,包括總體設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)、城市空間控制、城市控制意向和建筑實(shí)體的設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, tourism has become a pillar industry in the economic development of many countries and regions. More and more regions and small towns are beginning to develop tourism by using local historical relics and historic blocks. This paper hopes to study this particular area around the Liao Tower in Nong'an, Jilin Province. This paper discusses how to renovate the surrounding areas in order to promote the development of cultural tourism while protecting and utilizing historical relics and monuments. How to solve the contradiction between the development of tourism industry and the protection and renewal of historical relics, monuments and old buildings, This paper mainly includes four chapters: chapter one, introduction. Purpose and significance, object and related concepts, and comprehensive analysis of the domestic and foreign cultural relics around the site protection and cultural tourism development of small towns, determine the content of the paper, methods and basic framework. Chapter 2, Basic research on cultural tourism in small towns. This paper studies several models that affect the development of tourism in small towns in China, analyzes the characteristics of cultural tourism and common problems in the development and design of cultural tourism, and sums up experience from classic cases at home and abroad. This chapter is the core content of this paper. It analyzes the architectural style, street space form, traffic system, supporting facilities and so on in the surrounding area of Nong'an Liao Tower in detail. This paper puts forward the problems existing in the development of tourism industry at present, summarizes the design scope and principles of the renovation and renewal, and finally puts forward the specific methods for the renovation and renewal design. According to the design method summarized above, this paper puts forward the specific renovation design scheme, including the overall design goal, the urban space control, the urban control intention and the design of the building entity.
