【摘要】：城市建設(shè)經(jīng)過(guò)半個(gè)多世紀(jì)的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)開(kāi)始了從大拆大建向精細(xì)化控制管理轉(zhuǎn)變的過(guò)程。在這樣的時(shí)代背景下,對(duì)城市建設(shè)品質(zhì)有直接影響的城市設(shè)計(jì)越來(lái)越受到規(guī)劃人員的重視。但就目前而言,城市設(shè)計(jì)的地位卻非常尷尬,貫穿規(guī)劃的各個(gè)層次卻沒(méi)有法律效力,難以有效控制城市建設(shè)的品質(zhì),由此開(kāi)始了對(duì)控規(guī)與城市設(shè)計(jì)融合的不斷探索。文章首先從控規(guī)與城市設(shè)計(jì)融合的研究背景、研究目的、研究范圍和研究方法出發(fā),對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究動(dòng)態(tài)進(jìn)行理論層面和實(shí)踐層面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié),為接下來(lái)的研究提供有益借鑒。其次,從控規(guī)層面分析城市設(shè)計(jì)中存在的問(wèn)題,突出問(wèn)題導(dǎo)向的研究方法,從控規(guī)與城市設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)系和融合模式入手,探討控規(guī)層面城市設(shè)計(jì)中存在的問(wèn)題,為接下來(lái)的對(duì)策研究提供針對(duì)性。結(jié)合以上分析,對(duì)控規(guī)分圖則的城市設(shè)計(jì)表達(dá)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化研究。將城市設(shè)計(jì)融入控規(guī)分圖則中,并在控規(guī)層面對(duì)城市設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行內(nèi)容優(yōu)化和表達(dá)優(yōu)化。內(nèi)容優(yōu)化包括內(nèi)容體系構(gòu)建和具體內(nèi)容完善;表達(dá)優(yōu)化包括表達(dá)方式的優(yōu)化和成果的圖則化表達(dá)。最后,以長(zhǎng)島縣北長(zhǎng)山鄉(xiāng)北城片區(qū)為實(shí)證研究,探討控規(guī)分圖則的表達(dá)優(yōu)化。從長(zhǎng)島縣北長(zhǎng)山鄉(xiāng)北城片區(qū)控規(guī)的背景介紹入手,將北城片區(qū)劃分為一般控制區(qū)、生態(tài)控制區(qū)和重點(diǎn)控制區(qū),以重點(diǎn)控制區(qū)中的商業(yè)中心片區(qū)為例,分別編制城市空間環(huán)境、城市建筑形態(tài)、城市環(huán)境設(shè)施三個(gè)方面的圖則成果,作為控規(guī)分圖則成果的有益補(bǔ)充。
[Abstract]:After more than half a century of development, urban construction has begun the process of transforming from large scale demolition and construction to fine control management. Under this background of the times, Urban design, which has a direct impact on the quality of urban construction, has been paid more and more attention by planners. But at present, the status of urban design is very awkward and there is no legal effect at all levels of planning. It is difficult to control the quality of urban construction effectively, so it begins to explore the integration of control and urban design. Firstly, this paper starts with the research background, research purpose, research scope and research methods of the integration of urban planning and control planning. The theoretical and practical aspects of the relevant research at home and abroad are summarized to provide a useful reference for the next research. Secondly, the problems in urban design are analyzed from the control and planning level, highlighting the problem-oriented research methods. Starting from the relationship between control and urban design and the integration model, the paper discusses the problems existing in urban design at the level of control and planning, and provides pertinence for the following countermeasures. This paper studies the optimization of the urban design expression of the control plan, integrates the urban design into the control plan, and optimizes the content and expression of the urban design at the level of control and planning. The content optimization includes the construction of the content system and the improvement of the concrete content. The expression optimization includes the optimization of the expression mode and the plan expression of the results. Finally, taking the Beichang Mountain Township Beicheng District of Changdao County as an empirical study, From the background introduction of Beicheng District Control Planning in Beichang Mountain Township of Changdao County, Beicheng District is divided into general control area, ecological control area and key control area. Taking the commercial center area in the key control area as an example, the plan results of three aspects of urban space environment, urban building form and urban environmental facilities are worked out respectively, which can be used as a useful supplement to the plan achievement of control and planning.
