【摘要】：基于微觀企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)北京和上海研發(fā)密集型制造業(yè)空間分布的特征和影響因素進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)而揭示其區(qū)位選擇模式差異。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),北京企業(yè)集中分布特征明顯,熱點(diǎn)區(qū)主要位于核心城區(qū)及近郊的少數(shù)地區(qū),并形成以中關(guān)村-上地為中心的集聚格局;上海企業(yè)表現(xiàn)為集中與擴(kuò)散并存,熱點(diǎn)區(qū)在郊環(huán)線以里區(qū)域零散布局,并形成以漕河涇和張江為雙核的聯(lián)動(dòng)共生集聚格局;北京和上海企業(yè)均存在開發(fā)區(qū)和交通指向性以及路徑依賴,與此同時(shí),上海企業(yè)還具有學(xué)研機(jī)構(gòu)和老工業(yè)區(qū)指向性以及郊區(qū)化現(xiàn)象,北京企業(yè)則出現(xiàn)逆郊區(qū)化。研發(fā)密集型制造業(yè)在北京和上海分別形成以開發(fā)區(qū)為空間載體的"緊湊型-中心性"模式和以開發(fā)區(qū)、學(xué)研機(jī)構(gòu)和老工業(yè)區(qū)為多元空間載體的"離散型-郊區(qū)化"模式。不同行業(yè)企業(yè)基本符合總體特征,但又呈現(xiàn)一定的特殊性。
[Abstract]:Based on micro enterprise data, this paper analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of R & D intensive manufacturing industry in Beijing and Shanghai, and then reveals the difference of location selection mode. The hot spots are mainly located in a few areas of the core urban area and the suburbs, and form a gathering pattern with Zhongguancu-Shangli as the center; the enterprises in Shanghai are characterized by the coexistence of concentration and diffusion, and the hot spots are scattered in the inner region along the suburban ring line. And form a symbiotic agglomeration pattern with Caohejing and Zhangjiang as the two cores. Both Beijing and Shanghai enterprises have development zones and traffic orientation and path dependence, at the same time, Shanghai enterprises also have the directionality and suburbanization of the study and research institutions and the old industrial zones. In Beijing, enterprises are suburbanization. In Beijing and Shanghai, R & D intensive manufacturing industries form a "compact" model with development zones as a space carrier and a "development zone" as a development zone, respectively. The study and research institutions and the old industrial areas are the "discrete-time suburbanization" mode with multiple spatial carriers. The enterprises in different industries basically accord with the general characteristics, but they also present certain particularities.
