高大模板支架力學(xué)性能及連續(xù)倒塌機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:隨著國家經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,建筑師的設(shè)計(jì)逐步趨向高空間、大跨度結(jié)構(gòu),導(dǎo)致施工過程中會出現(xiàn)很多高大模板支撐系統(tǒng),但由于缺乏對其性能的準(zhǔn)確認(rèn)識,施工過程中時(shí)有高大模板支撐系統(tǒng)破壞導(dǎo)致重大人員傷亡以及財(cái)產(chǎn)損失的案例發(fā)生,F(xiàn)有的監(jiān)測設(shè)備主要為光學(xué)監(jiān)測儀器,監(jiān)控人員只能在支撐體系外監(jiān)測,不能進(jìn)入支撐架體內(nèi)部,因此只能了解高支模外圍情況而無法感知高支模內(nèi)部的安全情況,導(dǎo)致發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)時(shí)作業(yè)人員難以及時(shí)安全撤離危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域。鑒于此,本文在對高大模板支撐系統(tǒng)的力學(xué)性能、連續(xù)倒塌的各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上,使用高大模板支撐監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)對其監(jiān)測進(jìn)行危險(xiǎn)預(yù)警。本文的主要內(nèi)容分為以下幾個(gè)部分:(1)進(jìn)行節(jié)點(diǎn)剛度試驗(yàn),設(shè)計(jì)兩種不同形式的試件對插卡型節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行靜力性能試驗(yàn),擬合出其節(jié)點(diǎn)剛度的表達(dá)式,最后綜合分析得到其完整節(jié)點(diǎn)的力學(xué)性能。(2)研究架體的力學(xué)性能,其中包括局部豎桿的壓桿穩(wěn)定研究與架體整體的承載能力研究,對不同位置、不同失穩(wěn)形式的豎桿進(jìn)行穩(wěn)定性分析,結(jié)合架體整體的有限元模擬結(jié)果,提出豎桿承載力計(jì)算公式,基于此可以對架體的安全狀態(tài)進(jìn)行評估;并對架體構(gòu)件重要性進(jìn)行分析,確定影響構(gòu)件重要性的主要因素,建立架體的連續(xù)倒塌機(jī)制,明確施工過程中應(yīng)重點(diǎn)監(jiān)測的對象。(3)將架體力學(xué)性能與連續(xù)倒塌分析的研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用,測試研究結(jié)果應(yīng)用于實(shí)際工程的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy, the architect's design gradually tends to high space and large span structure, which leads to many large formwork support systems in the construction process, but due to the lack of an accurate understanding of its performance, During the construction process, there are some cases of heavy casualties and property losses caused by the destruction of large formwork support system. The existing monitoring equipment is mainly optical monitoring instruments, and the monitoring personnel can only monitor outside the support system. Cannot enter the body of the support frame, and therefore can only understand the outer condition of the high support mould and cannot perceive the safety situation inside the high support mould, which makes it difficult for the operator to evacuate the dangerous area safely in time in case of danger. In view of this, In this paper, the mechanical properties of the tall formwork bracing system and the various performance indexes of the continuous collapse are deeply analyzed. According to the finite element simulation results of the whole frame, a formula for calculating the bearing capacity of the vertical bar is put forward, based on which the safety state of the frame can be evaluated, and the importance of the member of the frame is analyzed. The main factors affecting the importance of the structure are determined, the continuous collapse mechanism of the frame is established, and the object that should be monitored in the construction process is determined. The research results of the mechanical properties of the frame and the analysis of the continuous collapse are applied in practical engineering. The test results are applied to the feasibility of practical engineering.
