精梳分區(qū)空調(diào)空氣幕帶隔斷設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:社會對紡織品的需求伴隨著社會的發(fā)展不斷擴大,促使紡織工業(yè)在我國實體經(jīng)濟體系中占的份額越來越大,其作為我國實體經(jīng)濟體系中的傳統(tǒng)支柱行業(yè),在我國對外經(jīng)濟競爭中占無可替代的地位。紡織工業(yè)的發(fā)展面臨著激烈的競爭,不僅要面對國際市場的壓力,而且還要在產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量上有質(zhì)的突破,以滿足目前消費者對紡織品的高品質(zhì)需求。保證紡織品品質(zhì)的主要因素就是車間的內(nèi)部環(huán)境,主要針對車間的溫濕度,但是車間內(nèi)不同工藝又有不同的溫濕度要求,所以在紡織品生產(chǎn)中滿足對不同車間的溫濕度參數(shù)是企業(yè)管理的重中之重,從而使產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量得以保證。在保證車間原有的氣流組織不變的情況下,僅在車間走道增加空氣幕帶,采用數(shù)值模擬的方式進行計算,且產(chǎn)生的數(shù)據(jù)周期短、效果明顯等,從而使數(shù)值模擬的方式得到更廣泛的使用。本課題是在精梳和并粗車間內(nèi)部走道上增設(shè)空氣幕帶,采用Airpak軟件對精梳和并粗車間內(nèi)部的氣流組織進行數(shù)值模擬研究,湍流流動模型為k-ε兩方程,得出車間的溫濕度場和速度場云圖。為了使空氣幕帶的隔斷效果更佳,本文采用的方法是控制變量法。根據(jù)經(jīng)驗公式得出的車間空氣幕送風(fēng)臨界風(fēng)速與模擬得出的最優(yōu)空氣幕風(fēng)速相比,其兩者的差值在范圍之內(nèi)。以模擬方法得出的空氣幕最優(yōu)送風(fēng)風(fēng)速為前提,空氣幕帶寬分別取0.2 m、0.25 m、0.3 m三種方案,數(shù)值模擬后,對車間內(nèi)部的溫濕度場進行分析。針對紡織廠精梳車間和相鄰并粗車間需要不同的相對濕度要求,實行實物隔斷影響車間環(huán)境及半成品運輸?shù)那闆r。本課題采用低速厚氣流空氣幕帶對工序之間進行分割,實現(xiàn)車間不同區(qū)域的濕度分區(qū)空調(diào)。通過數(shù)值模擬和經(jīng)驗公式計算分析,檢驗低速厚氣流空氣幕帶對精梳和并條車間相對濕度橫向分割效果。結(jié)果表明在空氣幕帶噴口寬度為0.04 m、列寬為0.3 m、風(fēng)速為5 m/s時,車間內(nèi)部區(qū)域相對濕度橫向分層明顯,車間內(nèi)部相對濕度值相對穩(wěn)定,能較好地滿足工藝生產(chǎn)要求。
[Abstract]:The social demand for textiles with the growing development of the society, the textile industry in China's real economic system in an increasingly large share of the traditional pillar industry in China's real economy system, occupies the irreplaceable in China's foreign economic role in the competition. The development of the textile industry is facing fierce competition and not only to face the pressure of the international market, but also a breakthrough in the quality of products, to meet the current consumer demand for high quality textiles. The main factors to ensure the quality of textile workshop is the internal environment, mainly according to the temperature and humidity in the workshop, but the workshop different technology and different humidity requirements and so on the production of textiles to meet the parameters of temperature and humidity in different shop is the priority among priorities of the enterprise management, so that the product quality can be guaranteed. In order to ensure the original workshop air The organization remains unchanged, only the increase of air curtain with workshop walkways, using numerical simulation method to calculate, and the data generated by a short cycle, obvious effect, so that the numerical simulation method to be more widely used. This topic is the air curtain tape is arranged in combing and coarse and workshop on the walkway, the Airpak software to simulate and combing and roving workshop internal air flow, turbulent flow model for the k- two equation, the temperature field and velocity field nephogram workshop. In order to make the air curtain with the partition effect is better, this paper adopted the method of control variable method. According to the optimal air curtain velocity compared to the air of workplace scene experience formula of critical wind speed and wind simulation results, the difference between the two is in range. The optimal air curtain in simulations of the air velocity is the premise of the air curtain were taken 0 bandwidth .2 m, 0.25 m, 0.3 m, three kinds of schemes, numerical simulation, analysis of temperature and humidity field on the inside of the workshop. For textile combing and adjacent and coarse workshop need different relative humidity requirements, the implementation of the physical partition effect of workshop environment and semi-finished products transportation. This paper adopts low thick airflow air curtain with the process between the segmentation of humidity air-conditioning plant in different regions of the partition. By numerical simulation and empirical formula calculation, test speed of air curtain with thick air relative humidity on the combing and drawing workshop horizontal segmentation effect. The results show that the air curtain with a width of 0.04 m, width 0.3 m, wind speed of 5 m/s, the internal area of the relative humidity in the workshop horizontal stratification, workshop relative humidity is relatively stable and can meet the production requirements.
